Ola Cabs — double charge

We had booked a car ...driver came late and said many excuses...then he said again to book the cab ...BCD he just deleted the msg...we just had a ride...when we reached the place ..he told that he forgot to on the meter...he charged me 300 rs... And we asked about the bill through the company...he just avoid the speech and went...pls take some action against the driver...
