Ola Cabs — Driver did not respond for the pre booked cab | |||
I am from Chennai residing 32kms from Chennai central railway station. On 31st July night I prebooked an ola cab for next morning 4:20 am. When the driver details were send 15 mins prior the pickup I called him thrice but he did not responded. I had to catch a train so I booked another private cab which costed me unnecessary amount. Somehow I managed to reach the station on time and after 30mins had I left Chennai I received another message from ola with new driver details. And when I told him all the scenario he asked me to cancel the trip which I was unable to do because of no internet connection. So he started the trip with my place to some random place and now it's showing 150 RS as outstanding bill. I need that bill to be cleared. And I m shocked by this behavior of the company.
