Ola Cabs — Excess cab charges taken w/o any information

On 22 Oct 2015 i 'd booked OLA cab from Jessore Road, Bangur, Kolkata to Sealdah railway station.While at the time of booking the OLA apps has shown fair between Rs.149 to Rs.179 but after reaching Sealdah station it was very surprising to see the car fair charges which was Rs.360.After talking to the Delhi Customer care he has told me the taxi fair charges was correct as they had charged extra for " Peak Pricing charge (1.6x) ₹127.73" which was not shown to me at the time of booking in the OLA apps.I am attaching the invoice copy for your reference & also want corrective action against the OLA cabs bcz for 11.18 KM they had charged Rs.360 where i can get the local taxi within Rs.200 for the same ride. waiting for the reply from consumer complaint authorities regarding this high charges taken by OLA cabs.

On 8th Nov 2015, I had booked 1st time (First Ride) OLA cab from Noida Sector 45, to Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station. While at the time of booking from OLA apps has shown fair between Rs.180 to Rs.200. OLA Cabs offer Rs.100 OFF on your First Ride, but after reaching the station it was very surprising to see the car fair charges which was Rs.249 also I not get Rs100 OFF on my First Ride. After talking to the Delhi customer care he has told me the taxi fair charges is correct as they had charged extra for "Peak Pricing charge, service tax etc, which was not shown to me at the time of booking in the OLA apps.

This is the fraud tactics by Ola Cab service. Now I’m attaching the invoice copy for your reference and want a legal action against the OLA cabs. For 14KM they had charged Rs.249 where I can get the local taxi within Rs.180 for the same ride.
