Ola Cabs — lunch bag missed in car | |||
i am ola cabs regular customer since it is launched. i own maruthi dzire, but i like to take ola cabs very often-frequently. i booke ola cabs CRN88526635 on 04.06.2015 time 8.44pm driver name : mr. prakash[protected]. i used to give more tips for drivers to encourage their service to ola cabs. the grievance is : we missed our lunch bag on 04.06.2015 in the car. the driver daily saying that he will give tomorrow, tomorrow and kept on saying that tomorrow. i told him to give the lunch box in his origin place itself. we have pharmacy branches in and out coimbatore. finally today he is using wrong words, he behaves rudely, he spoke auckwords. it is not that lunch bag worth of Rs.200/= but the way he behaves with customer, i dont like it. hereafter I will not book ola-cabs. i will inform to maximum possible my friends to not to book ola cabs for the driver mr.prakash behaviour. very very bad. conclusion : 1. lunch bag 2. we dont like driver prakash move with a regular customer like me. one of your customer care executives rahul raj sent whastapP msg to my wife's no at night 3 o' clock.He came to know about my wife's no after she called customer care for cab booking.this is distuRbing and breach of privacY.extra charge
