Ola Cabs — Misbehavior of driver and ola money seizure | |||||
Transaction no. - crn[protected] Cab driver - manju n Cab - silver etios Date - 30th april 2016 Complaint - 1. The driver did not explain if he could continue with the same ride with a stop of 5 min in between. I told him all your drivers do that, to which replied rudely, that " please go ahead and complain who ever". 2. I got down from the car at this rude behaviour, the driver did not stop the trip which was to my society main gate (50 m away approx). He charged me 123 rs from ola money . I immediately raised a coustomer care feedback and got my ola moeny refunded. 3. On all of this happening, ola blocked my e-mail id, and deactivated my profile and have seized my ola money, amount being around rs200 (Aprox). Neither the drivers know how to provide information to customers nor are they taught how to speak and moreover they seize your money if you raise a feedback. Please help me get my account reactivated with my actual ola money with paid amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
