Ola Cabs — Miss behavior and unprofessional behaviour | |||
I am repeatedly facing the problem. i always use the ride later option and book the cab one day prior, they hardly come to pick me up on time or cancel the ride. if you cannot honor the ride or serve the customer why do you take the booking. today i was supposed to be picked up at 8:45 am, the cab came at 9:45 am. very unprofessional drivers in spite of complaining to ola every time no strict action has been taken. he cancelled the ride just in front of me, was saying he is waiting from 15 min ola as strictly told not to call the customer once they reach the pick up point. very frustrating, please let me know what strict action is taken against such unprofessional drivers i dont want to listen to your sorry everytime its literally harassing the customer.
