Ola Cabs — No service provided & high pricing | |||||
1) I tried booking OLA can from Yeshwantpur railway station & the driver Mr Naveen K, took my booking. But he never turned up, after waiting for 15 min & checking the map. I got a feeling the driver is travelling the opp direction. When I tried calling the driver, he never picked the call. At least have some professionalism or business ethics if you want to turn down the request for booking. Can you provide justification. Also why this bill CRN[protected] is under my name when I have not traveled. Please explain before I raise a mis-use of my identity case. 2) After the above booking, when I tried to search for other cab the fare price raised to 1.8x times the price at 5:10 AM, stating peak hours. Peak hours at 5:10 AM, on Sunday 17th April strange. I guess OLA has its own rules & definition of creating peak hours & pricing. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have also faced the same problem. Its unfair to charge on the basis of Peak hour that to 1.6 times or 1.8 times or sometimes more than 2 times . How do they justify that. We feel cheated on this behavior of OLA

Still no action or justification given, the company is not following any professional standard. Its license should be removed & strong action should be taken against the stack holder people.
