Ola Cabs — Ola cabs poor service | |||
Had a really bad experience with an Ola driver. I had to go to the Chennai airport, and had done an advance booking. The driver turned up late, and on top of that, gave me a long lecture on how irresponsible I was for not calling him up early! And this when I had given him a call 15 minutes before the arrival time. He was most unprofessional, and I believe Ola is partly at fault for not providing the customer's number to the drivers. I have used Fasttrack almost a hundred times, and I have never come across such a bad experience. Ola I started using barely two weeks back and it is already giving me poor service. Driver name Shankar, number [protected]. Avoid like the plague - you will be better off paying him off and taking another cab. At least you don't have to listen to his griping for half an hour. I know the local language and I faced such problems. Imagine if I had been an outsider! Use Ola only if no other service is available. The local operators such as Fasttrack are way better. Compared to this pest who drove me today, I think even the auto drivers are better! Was this information helpful? | |||
