Ola Cabs — Ola horrible experience - driver refused the service without informing & coupon | |||||
This is perhaps a horrible experience just had yesterday evening, i booked it from south city mall (Kolkata) at 8.25pm & applied with a coupon that received as per my referral, when i came to get in driver regretted my booking & took another couple & confirmed that due to late coming he regretted my booking, but i reached within 1 minute of the time showed during booking. I asked him the mobile no given to me, i tried thrice calling him but it was switched off... P-o-o-r c-o-m-m-u-n-i-c-a-t-i-o-n Also later i got a mail along with invoice showed my rs.300/- free coupon has been charged & thanking me for the ride. What is this ? Is this really expected when you refer someone & get a free ride coupon but service didn't even given to you ! H-o-r-r-i-b-l-e & i could ask everyone not to use this service anymore, they cheat you like hell, like the way they did here...
