Ola Cabs — Ola services - overcharged and unjustified cancellations. | |||||
Hi, I am a resident of bangalore and this complaint is about my multiple bad experiences with ola on 28th april, 2016. I checked the exact distance from phoenix mall to my house and it's a little lesser than 10 kms. You've charged me for almost 12 kms, 11.51 kms to be precise. That's rs.15.1 more than what it's supposed to be. I know it's a small amount, but that doesn't entitle you to overcharge your customers. It's not my fault if the phones issued by you to your drivers conk off midway. Please make sure you help them keep their phones in fully-functional conditions so that the passengers don't have to be inconvenienced and pay extra at the end of the ride...All this after being made to wait in the cab for about 15 minutes after the ride is over and being forced to talk to whoever the driver calls up and hands you the phone to talk to to get a ride bill break-up since his phone has conked off! This cab driver's name is harish p and his cab number is ka03ac1569. He was polite, but please issue him a new phone! Secondly, i booked two ola autos in the morning one after the other and both cancelled without any reason. They said they were coming to my place to pick me up and after making me wait for 43 minutes in total they both cancelled. I missed my advance-booked movie because of this sort of reckless i-don't-care attitude of your drivers. Please make sure you do something about it! The drivers names are nagaraju (Vehicle number ka02ae5631) and ameensait (Vehicle number ka03aa5998). I wouldn't have bothered complaining if it had just been a one-time thing, but i've been noticing unjustified cancellations from ola auto drivers every other day as my friend and i take an ola auto both to and from work every day and every alternate or consecutive auto driver seems to make us wait first and tells us that he's on his way to pick us up and then cancels without any explanation. All in all, i had a horrible experience with ola three times in one day today! I regret telling a survey call i got just yesterday from some company good things about ola. I'm going to make sure i never praise your company again if this is the kind of experience i'm going to have with ola! Please make sure corrective actions are taken against the above mentioned grievances!
