Ola Cabs — Over Charges

On 11th May 2015 I hired a Ola Cab for pick up from Vajrahalli Main Road near RVCA College and drop at Majestic Railway Station. The distance covered as per Ola cab driver 18 Kms and charged me Rs 470.00 inclusive of Rs 50.00 peak hour charges. I have used the service of Ola cab many times to the same drop point earlier, I was charged only below Rs.200.00 As I was almost late for the train I had no time to speak to the driver and clarify his stand for charging me Rs 470.00 But later I phoned your office and made a compliant in this regard and your staff made the calculation based on the distance traveled and told me the total charge including peak hour charge will be Rs 270.00 only and assured me to take up the matter to higher officials and also promised that the difference of Rs 200.00 will be credited to my Ola Account which can utilized for my next journey and said that a mail will be send to my email address at the earliest. I made a call again to your office on [protected] and a gentleman told the same as explained by your earlier staff. But unfortunately nothing happened till date. Note: I haven't received an Invoice for using your service on 11th May 2015 and the driver didn't switch on the meter at starting point, when asked, he said there is signal and even after reaching mysore road at Gopalan Arcade the meter was still not On.
