Ola Cabs — Pathetic service from ola

Hi ola,
Yesterday 22.05 i booked one cab, well in advance for a ride at 21:15 on the same date, and got a confirmation vide confirmation # crn[protected], and it was written in a positive note that, ola will look forward to have me on board, and till then it was a good experience. The actual motto of ola business was getting still unclear, once i receive another sms an hour before the pickup time means on 20:15, that 15 minutes before the pickup time, driver details will be shared "subject to availability". Though i started synchronizing myself with the way ola thinks, but on other hand, started removing the negative part of my mind, and telling my own that... The last line of the sms may be a common one which they used to sent, but since they are professional peoples, they'll sent the cab for sure... And ola proved, it was a great blunder made by me, cause only 10 minutes before the pickup time, i received another sms, that sorry, no cab is available nearby, plz check ola app after sometime. Now the entire saga of dirty business was clear in front of me, in a moment. The booking was cancelled, because, ola want me to book cab with a higher price. Soon after the sms, i checked in ola app, another app was showing (Ola mini) nearby only 3 minutes away, but in order to avail that, i got to pay 1.5 times more. On calling ola customer support, one non helpful gentleman was on the other side, i don't blame mr. Babu k., may be he was trained in that way by his employer to communicate with their customers, he informed that the booking was cancelled, and i need to book another cab, and he ended with the info that for professional reason, he'll disconnect the call. Means ola has every right to take booking, and in time of giving service, they'll search for the ways to make sure their wallet be full, throwing off customer requirements. Thus the services deprived by ola, with a clear message

1. When you have some requirement, don't book ola, as no chances are there, ola will come and pick you up, because, instead of giving any service, ola is more keen on making flying money.
2. Whenever you got to catch a train/flight, don't book an ola for the same reason.
3. When there is some urgency, don't book ola once again for the same reason.
4. If you are extremely obliged to book ola anyway, make an alternative requirement too, because ola will able to give service only when you book with 1.5x, 1.9x, 2.5x.

In a single sentence, ola will unable to provide service, thus there is no meaning of booking ola, thus i demand the ola money which is there in my wallet (Probably rs. 888/-) to refund it back to me, as i'm not interested to block my hard earned money with you, as you're not able to give service, i'll feel very insecure to book your cab once again. Hope this time of refunding process i don't need to call your service a 'pathetic one' once again.
