[Resolved] Ola Cabs — Poor cab condition and wrong cab sent against booking done | |||
i had booked a sedan cab under the booking no CNR23304250 on 27/12.2014 from ITC GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL, PAREL, MUMBAI TO MUMBAI AIRPORT, but to my surprise instead of sedan car a TATA INDICA arrived at the hotel to pick me up, i just want to know how is that u send a mini cab when i have booked for a sedan cab & the charges were also collected at rate of sedan cab.secondly the condition of the cab which came was so poor that it was unfit to travel in it .i didn't expect that a reputed cab company like OLA can do this kind of things. it is shame on your company i have to think next time to take a OLA cab Was this information helpful? | |||
