Ola Cabs — Refusal by the driver and deduction of Rs. 42 from my Ola money account | |||||
I regret that yesterday on 03.08.2016 I had booked the Ola cab and it was written call the driver and the call was given at 10:30 P.M on [protected] and the driver named Amar asked me where are you to go and I told him that Im to go to Sector 15-C chandigarh. On this he asked me whether you have ola money or will pay in cash. I told him that I have deposited Ola money and therefore the payment will be by Ola Money. On this he refused to go to Sector 15 and then another cab had to be booked and Sh. Amardeep to whom I called on the same number came and dropped me to Sector 15 Chandigarh. Thereafter I received a call from +[protected] wherein I was asked to press 2 in case the driver has refused and I had pressed 2. I wanted to lodge the complaint against the driver rather I found that you have deducted Rs. 42 out of my ola money which means you have awarded the driver for his fault. firstly refund the amount of Rs, 42 and refund to my ola money and secondly take the action against the driver who has refused because of the reason given above or you should not accept ola money if your drivers do not accept the same. If it is not done I shall take recourse under the Consumer Protection Act, maybe the amount is only Rs. 42 and I shall also withdraw my ola money.
