It is mandatory for the drivers to carry the fare charges besides navigator tool to calculate the fare. You must clearly state what is called Prime time charges and why it is applied? Failing to do so, customers have the right to deny the excess fare. Kindly refer to the policies of Government of India - Public transportation guidelines and that is applicable to private cabs.
