Ola Cabs — Taxi hasn't arrived and missed the train | |||||
I booked ola cab from gurgaon to new delhi railway station on 6th may 2016 at 8.40 am. The cab number and driver details were sent on sms and the driver also contacted telling that within 2 minutes he will be arriving. The taxi hasn't arrived even after 30 mins; during the period the driver told couple of times he is arriving and after that he started cutting the call. After some time the sms came came from ola that they cancelled the booking Was this information helpful? | |||||
