Ola Cabs — Unauthorized charges

On 17th october, 15, I booked an Ola cab near Technopolish, Sec-V, Kolkata. The driver name was Akhilesh and the vehicle was White Maruti swift Dzire(WB 052746). Our destination place was IIM Joka. He take the route of EM Bypass-Kalikapur-Anwar Shah Road. That route was lengthy & full of Jam, so lots of times were wasted.Instead he can take us in the Park Circus-Alipore route. We were really exhausted by the journey & compelled to end our journey at Taratala. The total invoice amount was 506 INR. (Previously it was 310 in our previous journey). The behaviour of the driver was very much rude. He argue with us & dont even listen to our request. This type of service is really very frustrating & unacceptable.
