Ola Cabs — Unethical behavior of driver

I booked a cab on 26/6/16 from gurgaon to anand vihar railway station. He did not come after 15 minute. When i called him he said he is filling cng and will come in another 15 minute. After another 15 min he cancel my trip. When i called him regarding cancellation he said cancel button was pressed accidentally. This is insane. I caught my train in a few second margin. He was not interested to go for my destination after he comes to know my destination.
His name is rampal ([protected]) and car no. Hr66a8106 (Wagonr). Kindly take strict action against him so faith in ola cabs remains sustain.
