I had travelled on olacab car no. WB07J1888 today 04/05/2016 at 2.55pm from 4, Garkey Terrace Rd, Elgin, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017, India to 4 panchanan tala road howrah-711101 The distance of which is showing in google map 7.6 km but the ola co. charged for 13.52 km which is basically a fraud activity and looting the customer my mis presentation of facts.
