Ola Cabs — Unwanted cancellation fee has been charged | |||||
Hi Team, I had made a ola micro cab booking on 30 Jun, 2016. I did not receive a call for more than 10 mins from the driver thinking that driver might be held up with the traffic. Then i myself made a call and to my surprise the ola driver didnt even bother to call up and let me know that he was not coming to pick me up. Then he forced me to cancel the booking as he denied to take up the booking. Instantly i received a call from OLA informing that they would arrange a alternate cab but after waiting foe more than 10 mins i got a message saying they could not find any nearby cab, plz make a new booking yourself. A cancellation fee of RS. 50 has been charged for me. i was forced to make the cancellation by the driver himself as he denied the ride and how do i have to bear this fee ??
