Ola Cabs — Without evening using an ola ride, i was charged for the ride | |||||
Hi, this is second time for this month, when i am charged for the ride with was never commenced. I had booked ola auto and before even coming to the point he switched on the ride and my ola money got deducted. He did not even pick the call. This is fraudulent and it's over often with ola cabs. Hope an action is taken. The message which i received was this "ola! Your bill for krn[protected] is rs. 45 (Incl of all taxes). Distance: 0.0km. Ride time: 0 minutes.
