Ola — Driver issues and Double payment

Hi,

This is in regards to my travel on 18th and 19th September 2021 with OLA.

18th Sep 2021

1. I booked an ola cab and once I received details, called-up the driver to check whether the driver is ok with the drop location and the driver agreed too.
Then once the driver arrived and we got inside the cab, i was so surprised that the driver spoke to me very rudely with the strange tone by saying "i can drop only in the main road can't take you inside and if you want you can or get down from the car and i said since it was late night i have to get in the same location where i have booked, then driver said he can't take me, i informed him to cancel the trip if you can't take it." which made me very upset with his behavior, he doesn't even know how to respect a female.

After getting down from the car, he was still at the location point he did move or neither cancel the trip. Then I received a cancellation message with a fee of Rs. 50.

Request you cancel my cancellation fee and take a strict action on that driver and the details are mentioned below:

Driver Name : SHANTAPPA
Mini.White Dzire Tour
Date & Time 18th Sep 10:07

2. Again i booked the cab to the same location and he asked me to pay Rs. 130
Estimated Charges was Rs. 130,
Coupon applied for Rs. 65
Balance Amount Rs. 65, which i need to pay but he took Rs. 130
Since it was late I couldn't argue with him so I paid the same amount to his number via google pay
But i received the message that your payment is pending of Rs. 130, again I paid directly from ola via GPay.
Experienced very Bad Service.

3. Same night again I booked a cab from a drop location and I paid Rs. 81 directly from ola via GPay, again the same issue occurred that your payment is pending Rs. 81. again i paid directly from ola via GPay

4. 19th Sep 2021 booked a cab by using coupon but coupon amount was not deducted i paid the complete amount of Rs. 413.

So i need all the amounts to be refunded which i have paid as an extra and that driver should be warned strictly otherwise i may need to lodge a police complaint on that Driver Shanthappa. And transfer the amount to my account because you will give the coupon for less amount and you will deduct the amount from that also while using it. since i have paid double the amount request you to transfer directly to my account.

Overall it was "Very Pathetic Experience" with Ola

And the customer service is very poor.. whenever we call the number will always be busy and i tried reaching all the numbers and even i tried the Support option also but my issue was not resolved.
