Ola — driver refuse/cancelled booking from his end ([protected] & [protected]) | |||||
There is a bank meeting held in kolkata for which i have to take train i book a ride (Crn [protected]) at 9.41pm and also call him instantly and my train time is 11.00pm driver conform me the booking and committed me to come in 15 min i wait him after 20 min i agin call him and he refuse/cancelled my booking from his end and his comment for cancellation is his owner ask him to cancel my ride and go for other booking. Now i decided not to depend on ola again in life but situation is very pathetic i must to go kolkata for bank business deal with third party deal. Now i again book on other ride at 10.16 (Crn [protected]) and also call him instantly and request him to come as soon as possible he also committed me to come in 10 min after 10min i call him around 3-4 time but he not even picked my phone and really i cry like baby that time. I am a product manager in hdfc bank and having a business deal in kolkata tomorrow i go with flight but sure my bank legal team take a strict action against ola.
