Order ID 0425-MIH852
I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding my recent purchase of an Ola Electric scooter under Order ID **0425-MIH852**, placed on **24 April 2025** with full payment of **₹1.65 lakhs**.
As per the delivery commitment, the vehicle was to be handed over by **04 May 2025**. However, despite multiple follow-ups via calls and messages, the scooter has not been delivered to date. Adding to my concerns, the **insurance for the vehicle commenced on 02 May 2025**, further compounding the financial loss and inconvenience I am facing.
As a **Central Government employee**, I had specifically requested a **BH registration number**, which, unfortunately, could not be facilitated due to internal policy limitations at Ola. However, this critical issue was not addressed proactively or escalated by your support team.
I have also attempted to reach out via official X (formerly Twitter) handle, but have not received any response there either. Furthermore, I find it concerning that there appears to be no escalation matrix beyond customer care for such serious matters.
I respectfully request your immediate action to ensure:
1. Prompt delivery of the scooter at the earliest possible date.
2. Compensation or clarification regarding the insurance period loss due to delivery delays.
3. A formal explanation for the lapse in service and failure to respond through official channels.
