I have ordered a scooter with OLA on 4th April and uploaded documents same day, address proof got rejected since my village under cuddalore RTO and PIN code falls under Pondicherry. they are not ready to believe govt docs like Aadhaar, Passport, VoterID, driving license which clearly has address as cuddalore.
1. I have shared explanation and provided supporting documents, order is just struck in same stage for about 2 weeks.
No progress, online cancellation below error.
"Scooter has been allocated and invoiced, order cannot be cancelled"
