Regarding Charger Refund
As I am eligible to Get My Charger refund back from ola electric.
I have raised multiple Requests via email to issue me my Charger refund Amount but I have never got any response or nor my Refund from them From last 5-6 Months.
They have always give me Dates like you will get by end of month like that but never got any notification to submit my bank details to get the money.
This is my order id and I’m eligible to get Refund.

It got revised multiple time and finally it has reached 22 Dec as delivery date. Now I would like to request for complete reversal of the purchase process. Ola is not responding on this.

Ola S1 Pro Gen 2

When Ola staff sale me the bike they told me it rides for 195 kms in 1 full charge. Even the ad hoardings had the same promises. However even after full 100% charging none of the mode shows 195 kms. This is cheating by ola. Ola should return me my money 1.65 lakhs and take back the bike. i went to service center several times but no satisfying answer.

I have an OLCARE+ subscription and my scooter has been dead for almost 14 days and despite me raising several complaints, I'm not getting the required support and resolution to resolve the scooter issue. Scooter is not powering on and looks completely dead. Due to this I'm unable to unlock the scooter. I'm also not getting the towing service from Ola electric.

Bike delivery issue : stuck registration process

My bike ( order ID : OET-[protected]-DEB677) got allotted and dispatched on 15th October. After receiving call from team, I took receipt for choice number from local RTO on 20th October.
I got [01024407] case number when I sent choice number receipt on ola's support mail ID on 3rd of November.
I got call from ola team ( [protected]) on 9th November asking me to send same receipt via WhatsApp.
Which I did. After this, I was supposed to receive call for Vahan OTP. which I never received.
Since then I am continuously following up with OLA support team ( [protected]) and every time I am receiving same answer that information has been noted and case is escalated.
My Choice number receipt got expired on 20th of November.
I was told that I will get bike delivered on 26th of November,
Today its 04 December and I haven't received bike yet and I am paid my first EMI on 2nd of December.
I am sure that OLA support system failed me as customer and bike delivery is delayed due to incompetent registration team, despite my bike's arrival at local distribution center.
When I keep persistent follow up during my call

I have purchased and ola s1 from ola electric app with the insurance of icici lombard. Recently my vehicle met with an accident at 23.10.2023 01.30 am. My brother-in-law met with an accident with my vehicle. When i went to claim my insurance policy, they didnt make any survey for that but after that they told me ola has canceled my policy without letting me aware of it. They havenot even told me about it. I want full explaination of it and my insurance to be claimed and my vehicle to be repaired as soon as possible.

On 31st October 2023, I decided to cancel my order due to certain reasons, and I followed the prescribed cancellation process provided by Ola Electric.

Ola electric has Cheated Me

I had purchased ola s1pro top model but at the time of delivery I had received with s1 os having no range compared to s1pro, after continuous follow up the os upgraded to s1pro.
But no options of s1pro available till in my scooter complaint already made many more times but no response.
Again corporate offer is applied at the time of purchase but not received while asking for that through mail continuously after a month the corporate offer is not eligible on your purchase mail received from ola.
Now I having battery draining issues already complained again no response. Went to local ola experience centre not solved till.
I had registered first for the move OS4 but till now no update received, asking in experience center no response.
The charger refund amount received Rs.5000/- on OCT 2023, but at the time of delivery i had paid additional 15000/- for charger.
Don't know what to do.
Please provide complete resolution. Thank you.

I have been complaining for three months that the brakes are not working. Three months passed but the break has still not been repaired. And "Ola Service" is not even giving any reply.

My electric scooter stoped in the middle of the road in the evening I tried to contact Ola support but no call was picked up somehow I managed to brought my scotter at home and then I called again to the Ola showroom members they told to raise a ticket and all the tickets were full . From 5 days the scooter is parked at home only . then they told to come to showroom somehow I managed to take the scooter to showroom now it has been 2 days the scooter is not service yet and they told me to wait for another 3 days I am a working woman and I need vehicle daily but this is how Ola treats their customers very disappointed . General Insurance of Newly purchased Ola Scooter
I had purchased Ola electric scooter S1 Air on 17-sep-2023 from ola app, I got the order id: OET-[protected]-HDV835 as the estimated date of delivery is 18-Oct-2023.
On 22-Sep- 2023, Ola done a general insurance of my purchased scooter and dispatched scooter from Ola future factory but till date i am not get the delivery of purchased Ola scooter.
On 26-Sep-2023, I visited the Ola Experience center in Mohali Punjab to know the status of the delivery of Ola Scooter, but the sales person said me that we will deliver your scooter on or after the estimated date.
My complaint is that why Ola Electric done the i general insurance of Ola scooter before delivery of scooter, If they deliver my scooter on or after 18-Oct-2023 my insurance days are past nearly one month who compensate these days of insurance, it is totally wrong did by Ola Electric with me and all there customer.
There is two ways of compensate these days:
Deliver Scooter with the 10 days of insurance done.
Return the money of insurance days past.

I have lodge a complaint for scooter service with regards loose body parts and some other issues of non functioning of the bike for over a month without any response from the Ola company or service providers --- HERE IN MUMBAI --- so i am totally disturbed and appalled at the company's lack of service responsibilty and insensitivity to their customers in a tier-1 city like mumbai --- god help the tier-2 city customers ..
i had also foolishly opted for the extras - and service benefits without realising their lack of service providers especially since their vehicles cannot be worked on by the private bike mechanics --- A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER -- product is good but the after sales SUCKS BIG TIME

New ola s1 air next day of delivery not running

Ola s1 air newly delivered on 7th september, and next day 8th september its stopped on mean the road, from 9th september scooter at experience center after 7-8 days Ola company not giving proper support and replacement of complete vehicle. its manufacturing defect, while i take delivery sales person told me to do sign first on delivery acceptance then test ride and take it to home.
i think its manufacturing defect which company can't be saught out. No proper solutios providing, no update regarding any service part replacement. my newly purchased vehile at Experience center from next day of delivery. from 8th september its at service center.

Bought the Ola Scooter 7 months back. Suddenly it stopped working. It stopped in the middle of the road, the scooter was dead not switching on. I managed to bring the scooter to my home. I tried to raise a complaint in the help section but failed. Then sent an email and continuously followed up with them on Twitter, but to date no one has visited. Already a week is gone, they are just calling but not sending any technicians to solve the scooter issue.
Their main motto is selling the scooter. Not at all worrying about the customers who purchased their scooters already.
Please help me to solve this issue.

Delay in service,poor grab rail,center stand hiting the ground near hump
Simple things such as brake pad change takes one month also should provide a backup vehicle during the said period.

I have received email Quote from Ola through email and repeated message on what sup to renew my Own damage Policy for Rs. 2480. I did not respond to them untilo I get a proper connection through phone call. Their customer care number cannot be connected through any other number other than registered mobile. When I try to call from my number to [protected], automatically it is getting disconnected. Final I got a call from Ola and I got my doubts clarified even though the quote was very high compared to market. I paid Rs. 2480 and chosen Digit as my insurer on 21 June for the policy expiring on 29 June. So far they did not respond or issued the policy except saying that they are working on my policy. Finally, I had to take another policy from market of oriental Insurance. When I intimated them about this there was no response. Now I am not able to connect them nor getting any response or refund.
My service experience in the last month was pathetic and kept the vehicle in the garage for a month. one year passed out of which almost two months the vehicle was with the garage for almost two months for repair.

The promised delivery date is 2 June 2023.
When I ordered at the time there is no pop-up message or any other information was not mentioned due to the central government FAME2 subsidy hike information.
I am eagerly waiting for OLA electric vehicle delivery but I was suddenly surprised that when I check into OLA App, I have to pay 15, 000 extra due to FAME 2 subside revision. then only delivery can be possible this is a total mind game played by OLA EV. they're cheating the people like no with the cheap mentality.
Note: they did not mention at the time of booking on 23rd May 2023 about the FAME 2 Price increase
Therefore I have canceled my order and waiting for a REFUND.
I booked this order with my credit card, credit card bill has already been generated, I canceled the ORDER on 1st June 2023, and as per the company rules refund should credit within 5-7 working day's but now completed 10+ working days but still, I did not get the refund
My question is that if I miss any policies or any rules on OLS Does the company accepts them?? without penalty ? I need justice on this, kindly help me, I can tell the company treated me unfairly relation on my vehicle delivery

I am eagerly waiting for OLA electric vehicle delivery but I was suddenly surprised that when I check into OLA App, I have to pay 15, 000 extra due to FAME 2 subside revision. then only delivery can be possible this is a total mind game played by OLA EV. they're cheating the people like no with the cheap mentality.
Note: they did not mention at the time of booking on 23rd May 2023 about the FAME 2 Price increase
Therefore I have canceled my order and waiting for a REFUND.

I have contacted multiple times but the call could not connect to the customer executive only e-mails are accepted after canceling the order, there is not possible to contact them if ORDER got canceled, no response from them.
Because of this order, I was mentally and I torched, and sleepless properly, now there are not responding to my refund.

The same incident happened for me also, , they are selling vehicles with fake commintemnts, for my vehicle registration was done 10 days before, , still i have not recived call for subsidy and no one from showroom or ola support is responding

I ordered ola s1 in february now its may and its still not delivered... This is unacceptable.. They were showing the delivery date as 17 april on booking then it got to may then june now 15 june... Postponding again and again... And no answer from any ola helpline whether its phone or email.. Nothing good

On May 4th, the OLA service center(998V+4WH, Bhagya Nagar Colony, Hydershakote, Telangana 500091) personnel took my brand new OLA S1 Pro(TS08DBTR7401) by van, claiming it had suffered a rodent attack and could only be repaired at their service center. On May 11th, I received a call requesting a payment of Rs. 6345.86 through online mode for the repair of the scooter. I made the payment as requested. They assured me that the scooter would be delivered by Van to my location. However, instead of delivering it by van, they rode it to my location, which is approximately 35km away from the OLA service center. As the owner of the scooter, I hadn't even ridden it yet as it was brand new.
While inspecting the scooter in the presence of the OLA service center delivery personnel, I noticed that the brand new OLA S1 Pro's side stand had been replaced with an old, damaged one. When I brought this to the attention of Mr. Cornelius Lewis(ph #:[protected], the manager of the OLA service center, he behaved rudely and showed a complete lack of respect for customers. He told me to do whatever I could and that he didn't care. His behavior was reminiscent of that of a rowdy individual.
We discovered the issue with the side stand because it was visible, but how are customers supposed to know if the internal parts, which are not visible, have also been replaced with old ones? I now feel like I have been scammed by the OLA service center, as they replaced the brand new parts in my scooter with old ones.
When I received the delivery of my brand new OLA S1 Pro, the odometer reading was 2.2 kilometers. However, when the OLA service center personnel took the scooter for repair, the reading was 15 kilometers. And when they delivered the scooter from the OLA service center, the reading was 55 kilometers. I now feel like I have been given a used, second-hand OLA scooter instead of a brand new one.

I have logged case with ola electric customer care for service(handle and display issue), first they have given schedule 17th Apr between 3 to 6 PM . That day no one came and no call from ola. Again I called ola support in evening they escalated the case and asked to wait till 48 hours. Again no call from OLA and no one visited on my address. Again called to ola support, they again escalated and asked to wait till tomorrow morning, in afternoon i got call from mechanic but he have not visited. Next day I called mechanic then he said I will visit on Monday, I said ok, atheist there was home that it will repair on Monday (24 apr) today when I called and asked to mechanic at what time will you come then he said today I will not come. Again I called Ola Electric support then they said we have escalated the case please wait for 24 hours. Now I am not able to understand what to do.

I had purchased ola s1 on 27october 2022 it had run 1640kms till 22 march 2023 on this day the scooter suddenly stopped working in middle of road and went total off nor the lock was opening nor was scooter turning on i had complained they said they will road assist the vehicle next day but till 26 march no executive visited and checked the vehicle on 27th evening a serviceman visited and inspected the vehicle and informed us it had rat bite problem but the vehicle was standing 4 days outside on street it might have bitten in those 4 days might be but now they asked me to claim for insurance i even did that but till today on 13 th april nearly about 22 days still no action or anything has been taken for servicing of my vehicle

I have purchased a Premium Service package from OLA Electric.
I have purchased paying 2999, instead of 1999 just to ensure that i get the free Annual Diagnostic, Free labour cost and service, and Pick up/Drop from home, in case The bike is required to be serviced at OLA experience center
The Service department has denied to provide a complete annual diagnostic and Home Pick up & drop service, which both of them were part of the Care+ Package.
They have been asking me to get the bike at their Experience Center to solve the issue. My bike is just 1800+ Km old

I have purchased EV on 18 Jan 2023, but even after full payment I am not provided with any delivery update. No response over the email, trying to complaint over the toll free contact. The toll free number provided over the company's website and android application is not working.
Vehicle was financed with TATA Capital. I received the registration number and insurance details over the msg. Insurance has started from 1 Feb 2023, but I haven't received my vehicle till today i.e. 10 Feb 2023, no accurate information is provided about the same.
I think company is taking orders without have sufficient stock of the product. Accessories provided are not showing dispatch till 7th March and 28th Feb 2023 after full payment.
Even after all this delay I was not provided with any standby vehicle for commute.
My concern is, Why is the company demanding full payment and not providing delivery even after these many days? This is clear sign of fraud and cheating with customers. Like me there are several customers complaints posted here and over the social networking website. In response company just post a reply to all that " Hi, we're on it we will get back to you shortly.". The twitter page is full of these complaints for your reference. I will attach some screenshots and email.

Ola is asking for agent visiting charges to resolve software bugs which is introduced by Ola
Very cheap business model is applying by Ola here, They are simply adding more bugs into system and to resolve them they are assigning technicians to home visit and asking for visiting charges and issue fix charges.
