It's been 3days there is no update on my vehicle nor the customer care is responding my mess it's really pathetic service which I never seen in my life.. I got a message 5days before that service is completed it will be delivered shortly but I have been following up no one is borther to reply just r saying to wait 24hrs that it's I don't even know wat is exact problem faced in my vehicle.. today also they said they will call but no response n mailed me saying vehicle is delivered which is really shocked 😲 I guess ola team has theft my scooter so they r not responding.. I'm saying all peoples not to take this scooter

Refund not given or OLA S1 Pro scooter not delivered

I ordered the OLA electric vehicle on 23rd May 2023,
The promised delivery date is 2 June 2023.
When I ordered at the time there is no pop-up message or any other information was not mentioned due to the central government FAME2 subsidy hike information.
I am eagerly waiting for OLA electric vehicle delivery but I was suddenly surprised that when I check into OLA App, I have to pay 15, 000 extra due to FAME 2 subside revision. then only delivery can be possible this is a total mind game played by OLA EV. they're cheating the people like no with the cheap mentality.
Note: they did not mention at the time of booking on 23rd May 2023 about the FAME 2 Price increase
Therefore I have canceled my order and waiting for a REFUND.
I booked this order with my credit card, credit card bill has already been generated, I canceled the ORDER on 1st June 2023, and as per the company rules refund should credit within 5-7 working day's but now completed 10+ working days but still, I did not get the refund
My question is that if I miss any policies or any rules on OLS Does the company accepts them?? without penalty ? I need justice on this, kindly help me, I can tell the company treated me unfairly relation on my vehicle delivery

The same incident happened for me also, , they are selling vehicles with fake commintemnts, for my vehicle registration was done 10 days before, , still i have not recived call for subsidy and no one from showroom or ola support is responding

I fail to comprehend the reasoning behind this request for extra payment. The subsidy reduction is applicable from 1st June 2023, whereas my scooter was supposed to be delivered by 31st May 2023, well before the subsidy change took effect. It is unreasonable and unjust to burden me with additional charges that were not part of the initial agreement.
I have attached screenshots of our conversations and the booking details for your reference, which clearly show the agreed-upon terms and the promised delivery date.
I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter and a prompt resolution to rectify the situation. I expect a fair and satisfactory solution, which may include honoring the original terms of the booking without any additional charges, as initially agreed upon.
I trust that OLA Electric, being a reputable company, values customer satisfaction and will take immediate steps to address this issue. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and a response within a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered ola s1 in february now its may and its still not delivered... This is unacceptable.. They were showing the delivery date as 17 april on booking then it got to may then june now 15 june... Postponding again and again... And no answer from any ola helpline whether its phone or email.. Nothing good

Ola s1 pro scam

On May 4th, the OLA service center(998V+4WH, Bhagya Nagar Colony, Hydershakote, Telangana 500091) personnel took my brand new OLA S1 Pro(TS08DBTR7401) by van, claiming it had suffered a rodent attack and could only be repaired at their service center. On May 11th, I received a call requesting a payment of Rs. 6345.86 through online mode for the repair of the scooter. I made the payment as requested. They assured me that the scooter would be delivered by Van to my location. However, instead of delivering it by van, they rode it to my location, which is approximately 35km away from the OLA service center. As the owner of the scooter, I hadn't even ridden it yet as it was brand new.
While inspecting the scooter in the presence of the OLA service center delivery personnel, I noticed that the brand new OLA S1 Pro's side stand had been replaced with an old, damaged one. When I brought this to the attention of Mr. Cornelius Lewis(ph #:[protected], the manager of the OLA service center, he behaved rudely and showed a complete lack of respect for customers. He told me to do whatever I could and that he didn't care. His behavior was reminiscent of that of a rowdy individual.
We discovered the issue with the side stand because it was visible, but how are customers supposed to know if the internal parts, which are not visible, have also been replaced with old ones? I now feel like I have been scammed by the OLA service center, as they replaced the brand new parts in my scooter with old ones.
When I received the delivery of my brand new OLA S1 Pro, the odometer reading was 2.2 kilometers. However, when the OLA service center personnel took the scooter for repair, the reading was 15 kilometers. And when they delivered the scooter from the OLA service center, the reading was 55 kilometers. I now feel like I have been given a used, second-hand OLA scooter instead of a brand new one.

I have logged case with ola electric customer care for service(handle and display issue), first they have given schedule 17th Apr between 3 to 6 PM . That day no one came and no call from ola. Again I called ola support in evening they escalated the case and asked to wait till 48 hours. Again no call from OLA and no one visited on my address. Again called to ola support, they again escalated and asked to wait till tomorrow morning, in afternoon i got call from mechanic but he have not visited. Next day I called mechanic then he said I will visit on Monday, I said ok, atheist there was home that it will repair on Monday (24 apr) today when I called and asked to mechanic at what time will you come then he said today I will not come. Again I called Ola Electric support then they said we have escalated the case please wait for 24 hours. Now I am not able to understand what to do.

I had purchased ola s1 on 27october 2022 it had run 1640kms till 22 march 2023 on this day the scooter suddenly stopped working in middle of road and went total off nor the lock was opening nor was scooter turning on i had complained they said they will road assist the vehicle next day but till 26 march no executive visited and checked the vehicle on 27th evening a serviceman visited and inspected the vehicle and informed us it had rat bite problem but the vehicle was standing 4 days outside on street it might have bitten in those 4 days might be but now they asked me to claim for insurance i even did that but till today on 13 th april nearly about 22 days still no action or anything has been taken for servicing of my vehicle

I have purchased a Premium Service package from OLA Electric.
I have purchased paying 2999, instead of 1999 just to ensure that i get the free Annual Diagnostic, Free labour cost and service, and Pick up/Drop from home, in case The bike is required to be serviced at OLA experience center
The Service department has denied to provide a complete annual diagnostic and Home Pick up & drop service, which both of them were part of the Care+ Package.
They have been asking me to get the bike at their Experience Center to solve the issue. My bike is just 1800+ Km old

Sir/Madam,
I have purchased EV on 18 Jan 2023, but even after full payment I am not provided with any delivery update. No response over the email, trying to complaint over the toll free contact. The toll free number provided over the company's website and android application is not working.
Vehicle was financed with TATA Capital. I received the registration number and insurance details over the msg. Insurance has started from 1 Feb 2023, but I haven't received my vehicle till today i.e. 10 Feb 2023, no accurate information is provided about the same.
I think company is taking orders without have sufficient stock of the product. Accessories provided are not showing dispatch till 7th March and 28th Feb 2023 after full payment.
Even after all this delay I was not provided with any standby vehicle for commute.
My concern is, Why is the company demanding full payment and not providing delivery even after these many days? This is clear sign of fraud and cheating with customers. Like me there are several customers complaints posted here and over the social networking website. In response company just post a reply to all that " Hi, we're on it we will get back to you shortly.". The twitter page is full of these complaints for your reference. I will attach some screenshots and email.

Ola is asking for agent visiting charges to resolve software bugs which is introduced by Ola
Very cheap business model is applying by Ola here, They are simply adding more bugs into system and to resolve them they are assigning technicians to home visit and asking for visiting charges and issue fix charges.
Now, everyday they will introduce more bugs in the system and charge from people to resolve.

I have purchased Ola s1 pro on 18th DEC 2022 from ola experience Centre Indranagar. The offer given by Ola on that day was they will provide 4000 cashback for the scooter purchased in ola experience centre. So My ola scooter got delivered on 27th December 2022 and till today i.e 17/01/2023
I have not received that 4000 cashback and all the customer care representatives are not at all responding correctly.

Its been 53 days and till now I did not get the delivery of my vehicle.

I have 2 complaints before, and after the complain the company is calling me within 12hrs and saying sorry for the delay sir, and now they have done a mistake also, when I said ola salesman to give me the quotation for my loan he gave me one link through which I can generate the quotation and in that quotation insurance was not mentioned because of that the bank did not give the insurance money and I had to buy the insurance afterwards from ola app on 09.12.2022. The mistake here is they have not hypothicated to the bank and made the insurance of scooter without hypothication for that reason the registration process was getting delay. And after I have given my first complain in Consumer Forum then they corrected their mistake, and on 09.01.2023 they gave the new insurance in which the hypothication was written.
So I hereby request you to please give the delivery of vehicle. I am totally helpless now. I did not expect this big mistake from Ola Electric. For this mistake I had to bear the loss, I gave already given 2 EMI's without having my vehicle.

At first I ordered the scooter on 21.11.2022 through finance from other bank except ola partner banks. After that the ola salesman said it would take 15-20 days for delivery because I have choosen other banks, i said okay and on 9.12.2022 all my verification was completed and my scooter was on registration process. After that whenever I called, mailed or tweeted them they only sent an automated message or said please wait sir it is in registration process you will receive a call from our registration team soon. Even today when I called they said this only. Now even when I am saying to cancel my order they are saying it is not possible in this stage. They are not giving me the delivery or not canceling also. What should I do now?

Non delivery of Home Charger Kit.
I've ordered the Home Charger Installation kit on 1st December, 2022 and it's been more than 28 days and I've not yet received the Kit. Whenever I call the customer care and ask for the update, there is only one reply that my complaint has been escalated to high priority and will be resolved soon. But no one is giving proper date or any contact number where I can get proper answer. My ola S1 is laying lifeless from past one month and I'm paying the EMI's now without using the product.
The product may be good but I'll suggest everyone not to buy OLA Electric vehicle due to its poor service and response.

Non Refund of advance
Order cancelled but advance not refunded. Multiple reminders did not get any response. The status is refund initiated for last 6 months.

Could you please provide me with the update on my below cancellation request as I am reserved at 75000 price and current price bokking order price is more than 50000 extra amount(reserved at 75 k in 1.5 years old now asking us to pay 1.40 lakhs) so can not effertable from my end regarding this approaching more than 100 emails and calls but no response..if I am not get good response, will definately log a complaint in consumer court...intially approached and getting ready to gather all doc's as per their sussegation, to avoid kindly revert back my order, as I can not do from my end cancel button is in disable mode to cancel this order henceforth approaching since last 6 months no response, why can't you respond my email request with in the timeline, why you guys are doing business with customer accepts & their money, again virol on the las blost again please don't drag again on road with customer point of you already proved yourself in 3 years back, you are all inspiration for all failure Business man in our asia countries, so please don't spoil your image...plz..do the needful...if it is not possible to cancle please give me some other discount as 1+ year back old reserved customer to fulfill my order...anything is okay for me to go ahead further process, thanks in advance or your response

Not responding to my serious complaint
Complaint ID 2763895 its been 5 days now i have registered a complaint about scooter front suspension bolt is falling of all butons except power on my scooter are not working which is also dangerous while driving no haor no indicators and no high beam/ Drl are working there is a sound in front brake pads when makin reverse scooter grab rail have become loose and unable to open or close charging flap properly. They are call us and only asking for the issue in the scooter but no one is visiting us can not drive my scooter its ridiculous.

This is my fifth day where i m facing a problem. As i booked 5 times free test drive of Electric Scooter Ola S1 pro as i have to buy new one. But For the Test drive i Don't get anytype of response from the company. They always delay and rescheduled my test drive. And after that still i m waiting for the test drive.

Worst Service Seen Ever. Ref: Complaint Number : 2596224
I had placed a complaint for my Ola s1 pro which was showing an error as “scooter issue, switching to park mode” after driving for some 100-200 meters .. the vehicle was taken to the nearest service centre and it took almost 20-25 days to repair. Once I got the vehicle back after repair, after a week, the same problem was noticed. When called to customer care they do not have anything to say apart from apology.. ultimately the problem is. It's getting rectified .. I purchased the vehicle some 6 months back and already I have raised complaints three times
The vehicle is in service center for more than a month and total kilometres driven by me is around 2800. This is the quality product which Ola has prepared and with a very disgusting customer care as well!!!
The worst part is when we are explaining the history of problems that we have faced, the customer care executive does not have the courtesy to listen and one of the customer care executives disconnected abruptly.. I did place a complaint for service issue on 14.11.2022 morning. As per the standard norms any query should get resolved within 72 hours but in my case post 72 hours there is no update on the complaint. When I called up customer care, the executive convinced me to wait for some more time . Her words were like you have waited for so long and caunt u wait for some more time !!! This statement of hers totally bled my mind..
I request you to kindly arrange to take back my vehicle as I am not at all interested in retaining the vehicle.
Hope you will do the needful at your earliest.

-- OLS Customer Service Called after 2 months and mentioned that Loan Process did not go thru and gave option to Cancel the Order or Pay Full Amount for Vehicle Delivery.
-- Opted for Order Cancellation and the Cancel option was enabled in 24hrs by OLA on the APP.
-- Order Cancelled and have received the downpayment in 4 days.
-- Now the Axis Bank has sent me the Loan Schedule of Disbursal of Rs.98000/- to OLA and has initiated hte EMI. the first EMI got auto debited from my Bank on 05-Nov-2022.
(Here please note even if Loan is processed the EMI starts after the Delivery of the Vehicle.. which never happened but the EMI got processed and OLA has received my Loan amount and my Order stands cancelled...
Please Help am confused how OLA siphoned my loan amount with out the delivery of vehicle.

I have purchased ola scooter before one month. And after 20 days of purchase I was unable to charge my scooter. so I contacted customer support and they took my scooter to service station and called me that my scooter was not charging because of rat bite. And they are forcing me to claim insurance policy for damage. Because of company design fault why should I claim insurance? So please guide me further....

The vehicle got delivered on Oct 7, 2022 and within a week, there are a lot of issues. Running only 65km for a charge (100% charge). But company, promised 105Km in normal mode.
Within ten days, I am getting 26km per full battery charge. We can't rely on this vehicle.
Sometimes it shows the battery balance as 73%, and within five minutes, it goes to 0% battery. We can't go out for a long journey. Even we can't go beyond more...

Not confirmed cancellation after multiple request dropped

Cancellation Request Order ID OET-[protected]-LRJ878 generated on 3rd OCT 2022 . I did complete payment on 6th September and their document lady Soumya not verfied the document on time and did in intentionally delayed and connected with me in month end when delivery date came.after again saying 5 week of delays I decided to go for cancellation. But they are not responding after cancellation request generated on 3rd October.
Filing a police case soon on the OLA firm as they misleading on documents and delayed in delivery now they are not responding on my cancellation request on mails and there support call system is not answering after a long waiting queue.
I have enough evidence on mail where I can file police complaint on the owner of the company as we don't know anyone as they don't assign any customer relationship manager to assist customers.So overall whomsoever is owner he is liable for everything.
