I booked a shared cab at 12.30 (18th April 2017) but Ola driver named Mohd Shahzad Car No. UP16DT4629 (Grey Wagoner) not reached at my destination & starting a timer & Cancel my booking. It was urgent for me i have to go hospital max patpargang & because of driver misbehaviour i suffered so much so please requested to action to the driver.

I am regular customer. I travel your auto dail from Pallavakkam chennai - Nehru Nagar Perungudi chennai. From my house to work place 3.5km daily charged Rs.30 minimum. Today charge shows Rs.73/- I paid it. kindly refund the balance amount. our otp KRN[protected] at 9.17 AM.
