[Resolved] Ola Money — amount debited from customers a/c by unknown person

Respected sir,

My father received mobile call from a unknown person and reveled his account information along with pin number, hence there are 3 fraudulent debit transaction of rs.9990/- each (Rs.9990/-x 3times) happened as on 18/07/2017. We have lodged a police complaint. The relative copies and the a/c statement attached for your reference. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Please note that we have traced and blocked the fraud user's Ola Money wallet.

Further, we request you to file a complaint in Cyber Crime police station or the bank and inform police to send us a notice to [protected]@olacabs.com from their official mail ID, so that we can share the details with them for further investigation.

Hi Sir,

Thanks for the prompt reply. As per your advise we have requested in the local police station to send the notice to the above mentioned email id. Please do check & let us know if you have received any intimation from [protected]@olacabs.com team regarding the same.

Hope your proactive action of blocking the account based on our complaint will reduce these type of offence especially those innocent Senior citizen(like my Dad) who are still finding difficulty in observing the new technology on bank through mobile.

Hope this initiative resolves this issue at the earliest so that the money can be recovered. Please do let us know what we can do from our side to expedite the same.
