[Resolved] Ola Money — amount deducted but transaction failed | |
I recently paid my ola money postpaid dues of rs 1057 through net banking on 31 january 2020. The amount was deducted from my account but the transaction failed and the dues were not cleared. I tried to contact ola and they asked me to send emil with transaction proof and despite doing all these things i didn't received the refund as yet. I also contacted my bank and they said the amount is successfully send to ola from their end. It is hereby requested to refund the amount back into my account as soon as possible. My name is Sankar Dutta and I reside in Kolkata. On[protected] I used an ola postpaid card used in a zyka restaurant but the card was declined and the amount Rs. 1624 deducted to my ola postpaid account. So I pay the bill with my another Axis bank debit card(Rs.1624). I have received 3 sms from ola money, 1 sms showing that card was declined due to invalid pin. Other sms showing the amount Rs 1624 used on zyka restaurant. So I called zyka restaurant to send me the settlement slip. I am sending all the details with attachment. Please check it and revert the money as soon as possible. I will also inform the restaurant that the money deducted from my ola money card and they also confirmed to me that only one transaction was reflected and successful in the settlement slip that is axis bank card. My axis bank card no 3280(Visa).
Now it has been 10 days(18/07/2021-27/07/2021 but no reversal of the amount to my ola postpaid account. I have submitted all the transaction details as the attachment many times but no proper query has been done from your side, only the multiple ticket number given to me. So I am requesting that you please cancel my ola postpaid card, the service you have given me is very poor and disappointing.
So I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
