Erroneously selected payment status as ola money instead of cash

Kindly look at it as in ola payment is showing as pending and unable to book another ride

    I booked a bad on 20th Nov, 05:20 pm and I paid by cash RS 96 as asked by the driver but for payment option in app GooglePay was selected. I paid to the driver to his GooglePay number .But still in app it is showing payment pending.
    I have both screenshot of the ride I took and the GooplePay, you can see driver's name and GooglePay account holder name is same.

      From last 3 trips I have paid cash for Ola commute and every time it shows payment pending in App. There is no proper channel to report this issue.
      I have lost around 500 Rs.

      This is really big trust isue with Ola. We feel like cheated. Please refund the excess amount charged

        HI team,

        I have taken a ride from 1 nizampet road, kukatpally, Hyderabad (India) to Akshara college, kakatiya hills, Hyderabad (India) on today which is Nov 22nd 2021 and fare was 101 rupees. Due to network issue I was not able to do online pay. so, I paid him with cash which is 110 (I left the 9 rupees as tip) . Now, I am trying to book another ride but on the app it shows I have due of 99 rupees.

        Check with auto driver and resolve the issue.

        Hi Aajay, please note you will be able to contact over call by following the below steps:

        Menu> Your Rides> Choose the Ride> Click on Support option> Select any of the nearest concerns and click on the "Call us" option and the call will be connected to our customer care department.

              I took ola ride on 14th November at 12:40pm. At drop point I did upi payment of Rs 102. The driver told me he didn't receive but my bank account was debited with Rs 102. With no choice I did upi payment of Rs102 again.
              This time he told me he received. When asked about Earlier payment he was harsh and didn't give proper explanation.
              After some time I received a message that the payment was timed out and would be credited but its already November 19th, I am yet to be refunded. Request to look into this matter and refund.

                  I had taken an ola cab on 8th October, 2021. The amount was ₹94 for the ride and right after I reached my destination, I have paid money to the driver through Phonepe and payment time is 12:09 PM. However, it's showing the bill is still pending and blocked me out of ola services.

                              I took a cab from turbhe to ulwe yesterday and paid the driver in cash after the trip ended but the ola app shows that the payment is pending. Due to this I am unable to book any rides. Please resolve this issue before I stop using Ola.

                                I started my journey till kalyan station and my ride charges were 166 I have paid them in cash still receiving messages regarding pending dues.

                                      I took a ride on Oct 12, 2021. It starts at 5:56 AM from patna railway station to danapur. The ride charged me Rs.413 and I have paid the ola driver through cash. But I am getting msg from ola that payment is still pending. Even they have locked my account also. How to resolve this issue??

                                      Still i have not received any solution. Customer care executive told me that you have to make payment for now and may be we will provide you some voucher of that amount and for this some higher authority manager will give a call within 3 hrs. But its 10 hrs and still I have not got any call. Even there is no such option given on olacabs app so that this issue can be solve.

                                        I took a trip on Ola cab on the 23rd of Oct from the Bengaluru airport to home, and paid the driver is cash rs.1178, as he requested for the same. My understanding was that once a trip is done, and once I had paid, ideally, on the closure of the trip, the payment details will get updated. However, now Ola is asking me to make the payment again, as they are unable to trace the payment made to the driver.

                                        I have written them umpteen mails requesting for a resolution, or someone to call me, so i can explain, and they can give the right resolution. However, everytime, I get responses...which seem to me are more automated responses, with no one trying to understand the issue. I am concerned that if this is not closed, I will be double charged during my next trip.

                                        The amount is not small, and all I asking Ola to do is to make the necessary update, or take action against the driver if he has not reported the payment that was made. However, all they have helped with is to make me go around in circles...with no other action taken from their side.

                                        I want them to correct their system, and not have this amount reflected against me.
