I had took a ride on 2nd November at 12:35pm from mira road to bhayander i paid the money in cash which was Rs 49 but my app is showing pending payment please resolve my issues soon as i am not able to book any rides

      I took a ride on Oct 12, 2021. It starts at 5:56 AM from patna railway station to danapur. The ride charged me Rs.413 and I have paid the ola driver through cash. But I am getting msg from ola that payment is still pending. Even they have locked my account also. How to resolve this issue??

      Still i have not received any solution. Customer care executive told me that you have to make payment for now and may be we will provide you some voucher of that amount and for this some higher authority manager will give a call within 3 hrs. But its 10 hrs and still I have not got any call. Even there is no such option given on olacabs app so that this issue can be solve.

        I took a trip on Ola cab on the 23rd of Oct from the Bengaluru airport to home, and paid the driver is cash rs.1178, as he requested for the same. My understanding was that once a trip is done, and once I had paid, ideally, on the closure of the trip, the payment details will get updated. However, now Ola is asking me to make the payment again, as they are unable to trace the payment made to the driver.

        I have written them umpteen mails requesting for a resolution, or someone to call me, so i can explain, and they can give the right resolution. However, everytime, I get responses...which seem to me are more automated responses, with no one trying to understand the issue. I am concerned that if this is not closed, I will be double charged during my next trip.

        The amount is not small, and all I asking Ola to do is to make the necessary update, or take action against the driver if he has not reported the payment that was made. However, all they have helped with is to make me go around in circles...with no other action taken from their side.

        I want them to correct their system, and not have this amount reflected against me.

          I had booked ola auto for my uncle on 7 th November 2021 in the morning at 7:42am. He had paid cash Rs 172 after ride completion to the driver. But ola is still showing payment is due. How can this issue can be solved.

              I travel from raipur railway station to priyadarshini nagar I had paid driver cash but ola send me msg to payment pending msgs.trip start on 8.35 and complete at 8.49 by bike driver name is prakash banjare I paid him 80 rs cash in place of 61 because he told me before the ride that I have to paid 80 rs I agree with that .now the matter why ola send me msg for payment

                  I have always paid through cash for every ride in OLA. But recently it's showing payment pending in the app even though I always pay via cash for the rides. Also the payment pending increases for each and evry ride i take. Please look into the issue and solve it ASAP.

                        I took ola auto on 29th October 2021 at 09:01 pm. After completion of ride I paid the driver cash, however in the app it is showing that payment is still pending which is why I am not able to use the app and not able to book another ride. Please do the needful.

                          Ride date : 24 oct 2021
                          I booked cab from wakad to karve nagar at 1:10 pm. While booking cab it shown me fare price is 255 after applying coupon code. But app deducted 570 amount after end of ride.

                          At 2:33 pm i booked cab from karve nagar to wakad. That time also it shown 255 amount while booking and same is deducted i. E. 255 amount.

                          So both time distance between source and destination was same. How you can you charged me more in first ride.

                          For this i raised issue. Now every time i asked an update they created a new ticket id.

                          I am not going to pay extra charged money. Also, i am not going to pay late fee if you resolved issue after 9th nov.
                          Because it's been 14 days neither my issue is resolved nor the ola team contacted me.
                          Kindly resolve my issue asap.
                          Kindly refund the extra deducted money in first ride i. E. 315 rs[protected].

                              On 29 Oct 2021 at 09:36 AM- I had booked an auto (driver: Nikunja Bihari Jena) from Prasanti Vihari, Patia, bhubaneswar to SBI Bapuji Nagar. CRN [protected] .Rs.144/_ was paid in cash to the driver. Later OLA CUSTOMER CARE has called me to confirm this mode of payment. Now when I do fresh OLA booking, Rs144/_ is being shown as balance. So please verify the receipt of cash payment from the driver and clear the outstanding amount in my OLA ID.

                                  I had booked for ola auto on Oct 2nd 2021 and paid money through Gpay as requested by driver, it was showing 131/- before getting down from auto, as auto driver told me to pay before because of traffic, later it showed me 121/- and I'm getting due messages/calls/emails regarding same.
                                  I'm not able to book further rides because of the same issue.
                                  Hope the issue will be solved at the earliest.

                                    I S Vijaya Lakshmi have taken a ride to Happy Homes appartments located at Golnaka, Hyderabad at 7.30 AM on[protected], Auto CRN No.[protected] auto driver name LAXMAN.C and on demand I had to pay cash of Rs.170/- to him.

                                    However an amount of Rs.180 is still showing pending payment.
