On 29 Oct 2021 at 09:36 AM- I had booked an auto (driver: Nikunja Bihari Jena) from Prasanti Vihari, Patia, bhubaneswar to SBI Bapuji Nagar. CRN [protected] .Rs.144/_ was paid in cash to the driver. Later OLA CUSTOMER CARE has called me to confirm this mode of payment. Now when I do fresh OLA booking, Rs144/_ is being shown as balance. So please verify the receipt of cash payment from the driver and clear the outstanding amount in my OLA ID.
