    Payment of Rs 162.00 was made in Cash to the driver. But Ola App is still showing "Payment Pending". How in the world will driver leaves without he getting paid Either through Cash or Digital.

      On 3rd November around 12.45 am, I had booked ola. For this ride, I paid money through Cash to the driver account. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver and ola customer care several times but they didn't pick up my call. Pls do the needful.

        This is happening twice last time I made the payment via gapy of auto driver it was showing me pending 161 rps and due to some emergency I payed double and booked my yesterdays ola and again yesterday It is showing me due even I had made the payload to ola driver via gpay
        It's enough now
        How ola is not able to see the payment and always showing due

          I have already paid rs. 436 by cash to the driver for the trip I took on 29th September 2021. By mistake I have chosen Ola money. But I have paid in cash to the driver. Kindly clear the same in the app. I couldn't book any trips. Please do the needful.

            I have been chasing customer service for Olamoney and Olacabs for weeks now but none has bothered to redress my grievance.

            About 2.5 weeks back I received an SMS asking me to clear a OLA postpaid bill of Rs. 585 by November. I was amazed because the only transaction incurred by me was Rs. 198 on account of a olacab ride on 22nd Oct. When I look at the the OLA cabs app, it only reflects that one ride and nothing else. However, when look at the Olamoney postpaid account, I see two charges Rs. 346 and Rs. 239. Also I have checked past postpaid transactions for the past year and there were no pending dues.

            There is definitely a fraud involved and a clear discrepancy in the account, I have approached olacabs & olamoney customer service repeatedly including writing to their escalation desk but to no result.

              Paid by google pay but amount not reflecting in ola app

              Dear concern,

              I have paid the bill amount Rs. 183 paid by google pay after taking ride, transaction successfully done by google pay but in the ola app status showing transaction failed. screenshot attached.

                        I took a ride on 25th September 21 from Balewadi to Pune station around 10.15am.
                        I couldn't make the payment of Rs 175 online due to some issues with my mobile so paid him Rs.175 in cash.
                        But now still the payment is due in my Ola app..

                        Please help with the same.

                          I took a ride to Air force road, East Tambaram on 25th September. I paid in cash to the driver. But till today it showing as pending payment.
                          On 30th October I even paid the extra due and booked an Auto. But even now Im getting the same due with same amount.
                          I paid the double amount and now again im being charged for nothing.
                          Iam so disappointed. Please consider this and do the needful. Thank you.

                            I took a ride on 30 oct21 from South City 1 gurgaon to IRIS tech park, Sohna road around 12:50.
                            I couldn't make the payment of Rs 76 online due to some issues with my mobile so paid him Rs.9
                            81 in cash.
                            But now still the payment is due in my Ola app..
