    I had booked my ride on Ola on Sep. 24, 2021. I had paid Rs. 300 to driver in cash but its still showing pending. Due to this I’m not able to book any other ride. Kindly check it asap.

      On Saturday, a ride to ellaiamman temple was booked . I got Nagaarjun as my service provider, bill was RS.112 & the same has been paid in due course . But still it shows amount not paid & once the due is paid only then I can book other rides . This is completely unfair, since I paid him on the very same day via cash

        Hello sir/madam, i am kiran from bangalore vijayanagar i am writing this mail mail because on september 19th rajajinagar 5th block to vijayanagar attiguppe to my house location I paid 43rs directly to the driver through phone pe one time and two times in cash to attiguppe to rajajinagar 5th block i paid 45rs cash from attiguppe to rajajinagar 5th block on 27th september i paid 43 rs cash on 27th september respectively, but it's showing three times amount pending 131 rs totally after paying through phone pe and even cash two times kindly rectify this issue as soon as possible and refund the amount my mobile number is [protected] this number is linked to phone pay and google pay

          I had booked my ride on Ola auto on 25sept2021. I had paid 94rs to driver in cash but its still showing pending. Due to this I Am not able to book any other ride. Kindly check it asap.

            It's a genuine request, on 19Sep2021 i was in hurry to catch the train, Ola money message has came late and i have paid the cash to auto driver. Even the driver also not informed me that he had received the amount. When i entered the platform, i received the Ola money debit message. I rushed to the auto stand but the auto left the station premises. This is what happened on that day. Request reverse the amount to my ola money postpaid account immediately.

            I have already registered complaints with ola on 21Sep, 25Sep, 26Sep and 27Sep2021 respectively. But they are not responding properly.

            I have already contacted / lodged complaints through Support option in Ola app. The have given three ticket no.s but no use / no resolution till date. If they are not able to resolve the issue, then what is the use of digitalisation. They are just passing the time. I am lodging the complaints through registered email id and mobile no. Request resolve the issue immediately. However i am giving my email id [protected]@gmail.com and Mob. No. +91 [protected].

            I had journey by ola auto on 19 Sep 21 with Tran Id- G0VY-3WET-XAH9 for a sum of Rs. 183/- . As I was in hurry to catch the train,  Ola money message has came late and i have paid the cash to auto driver. Even the driver also not informed me that he had received the amount.             I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
            Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

            I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

            And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

                  I booked a ride on 26 sept from dy patil medical college pune to t3m sky gallery kothrud ride was charged 290rs so i had paid online as driver has said to send money on his upi so i had paid through online mode using paytm during the ride we charged q fine of rs 500 for not using mask so he told to send rs 790 but in the app when i am trying to book for another ride they qsk to oay the pending payment and book for the another ride. Please esolve my issue.Driver name is Nawnath Bhosale

                        I booked Ola for howrah station but at the time of payment from debit card, it was showing "online payment system is not available now, please pay in cash" and driver also asked for cash, so I paid him in cash of Rs. 109 but still in my account it is showing that payment is due. Driver told that he acknowledged the cash payment. Please look into the matter. Payment is already made.

                          I booked Ola cab on (26.09.2021) and ride got over and I paid Rs.
                          106 by cash to driver. But the actual price was Rs. 80 as it reflected after 10 mins in your app that also pending status. When I called back the driver he said it won't effect in your next ride as that extra money will not be charged rather than it will get refund. Kindly, Resolve this problem as I am unable to book for next rides.

                                Paid bill but still showing pending on app

                                I've already paid my last ride bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 445 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
                                Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible infact I've Mailed so many times to ola support but the customer compliance are taken as for granted. No step has been taken by the customer complain.
                                It my request to solve the issue immediately....

                                On Thursday afternoon I paid my ola driver through Google pay on his number and when I checked again today on 25th September Friday ola is showing me to pay the amount again because as per the driver the amount was not paid

                                      Yesterday I booked an auto while booking it was by default ola money. But I didn't had balance in ola money hence I paid the driver Nenavath Balaji through PhonePe. But now in ola it is showing as payment pending of Rs 155 . Please help.
