Greetings for the day! I am writing to raise a complaint of being unable to use Ola money postpaid in Zomato. I was able to use it smoothly until 1 day all of a sudden the option vanished. Kindly help me out and get the option back.

    Hi, I have used ola cab on 29th sep 2022 from my home to Bangalore airport. In between my journey the car broke and driver told me its lack of oil issue (!) After abandoning me in the highway he close the ride. I anticipated to miss my flight, i ditched the cab and took another one and managed to reach airport . In all these hassel, i tried reporting the issue to ola support team. And from then to till date, 23rd march 2024. I haven't receive any resolution. Many calls have came from Ola, but while talking to the support call gets disconnected, everytime!! Whether they dont have patience or interest to solve the issue. Now each day i am receiving scam/fraud calls each min, day and night . They are threatening to affect Cibil score, and send me legal notice! I am not convinced to pay the bill with interest, where i was abandoned in middle of the road. Fix this issue Ola team asap!! Attached are fraud call list I received at this moment.

        Ola automated calls 5 times a day for money payments.
        - Despite the fact that I made them understand that it was a bug in their software that configured my gpay account without my consent. This is frustrating.
        - Also, they are following up on this even after I made their support team aware that I cannot pay for the fault of their's

            Ola postpaid

            Ola postpaid has mentioned that there is payment due of 54 INR on their postpaid account which is linked with aditya birla finance and its come on my CIBIL report as overdue and affected my CIBIL score. Ola postpaid has been discontinued and I have ben informed by Ola post paid customer care that I don't have any dues pending, neither I can clear this dues online through the aditya birla finance online portal.             Loan account number LXW-M[protected] is shown in my CIBIL report as overdue for the month of Dec'22

            My overall limit of Ola postpaid is only INR 25, 000 as per my understanding in OLA App and no overdue till date.

            For a couple of months I have not even used ola postpaid also but still it is showing as overdue in CIBIL for the month of December'22 which is impacting my CIBIL report badly .

            upon verifying the bank statement we already paid all our dues on time

            I have raised complaint in CIBIL, Aditya Birla Finance Ltd and Ola Money, unfortunately there is no resolution yet.

              Hi I would like to register a complaint against Ola cab services. Ola has partnership with Adity Birla Finance. Ola user who use this post paid service of Ola, will automatically get a sanctioned loan amount of 50, 000 from Aditya Birla Finance, even when the user has not applied for the same. The same will reflect as a loan in their cibil report. Last year 2022, out of no where my post paid service got block by ola stating no reason from their end regarding why the service got blocked. I have always made my postpaid ola payment on time but still the service got blocked last year 2022. Hence, after that I have requested ola to close this credit account of aditya birla finance because the item is unnecessarily impacting my credit score, whereas I am not using any ola post paid service. But they did not resolve it yet. More over, my credit report showing wrong information with regards to Adity Birla Finance. Its showing that here is overdue payment. However I have proofs that I have made all the post paid payments on time. As a result, this dalse information is impacting my credit score to a great extent unnecessarily. Hence I am raising this complaint. Ola and its partner Aditya Birla Finance is unnecessarily harassing people like this. Please I would request you to take necessary steps so that the I can get resolution at the earliest.

                  Harassment Causing Mental Stress

                  Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus on 2 Points,
                  1. The Credit line extended to be by ABFL and OlaMoney is Rs.22, 000, however the reported loan amount on CIBIL/EXPERIAN/EquiFax etc is Rs.50, 000!! Why would you claim that I have taken a higher credit line or "loan" which has not been applied or provided to me?

                  2. More importantly - that I have been late with the payment in the month of December 2022 by 28 Days!!! Which is ridiculous and a joke. The amount has been paid MUCH before the due date

                  In fact I cleared my dues off 4 Full Days before the payment due date with confirmation from OlaMoney Postpaid on having received the same as well, so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account late by 28 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus ?? This is not acceptable.

                  I have attached the November dues statement showing the Payment Due Date + the Payments screenshots for the entire amount showing Early Payment of the same along with the CIBIL Report screenshot showing the error for the month of December 2022 and still maintaining the same overdue amount of Rs.2083 for which the payment screenshot done on November 30th, 2022 itself is attached as proof of early payment .

                  Why have ABFL / Ola Postpaid+ reported the account late by 28 days in CIBIL wrongfully damaging my CIBIL score ? This is sheer carelessness on the part of whoever is responsible for the CIBIL reporting of accounts and is GROSS MISCONDUCT as me as the consumer is having to suffer for NO fault of mine, impacted my credibility due to this error in reporting from your end !!

                  This is a Serious matter and DIRECTLY affecting my personal financial ability to provide for my family due to incorrect reporting by Ola Money / ABFL on the current outstandings and dues against my loan number LXW-M[protected]

                  Does ABFL as your finance partner think CIBIL report of a consumer is a joke ? They just report FALSE INFORMATION ARBITRARILY ?

                  Do you realize this is a gross Misconduct of playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+ ??

                  Also I cannot reach you guys over the phone so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting and error in reporting through sheer callousness !!

                  I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT LXW-M[protected] REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report by sheer callousness and negligence and with no proper channels provided for resolving the same!!

                  The DPD (Days Past Due) for the month of December 2022 should immediately be changed from "28" to "0", as "28" in the DPD section suggests that I have been late with my December payment by 28 days.

                    I have been a user of OLA Money Postpaid+ and a few months ago, OLA Money and ABFL have wrongfully reported some small amount as overdue to all the credit bureaus.
                    I have never had any pending dues in the OLA Money Postpaid+ account and yet OLA has wrongfully reported this to ABFL, which have reported this to CIBIL and other credit bureaus.
                    This has reduced my credit rating by a huge amount. I have seen other users with the same issue and this is extreme negligence on OLA’s part.
                    I have raised a support request and nothing has been done for over two months. All I receive are generic responses from the OLA Money team and no actual update is provided.
                    Please help with this issue as the lower credit rating has been a huge inconvenience.

                      Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment.

                      This is sheer wrongful reporting by them as I cleared my dues well in advance. Their support team is taking no action on this and is just asking for more time to make the correction.

                      Account no : lxw-m06419-xxxx50246

                      Support request number 4988889 is pending since over 2 months with no action done till now. Such gross wrongful reporting without any reason is extremely frustrating as this act has lowered by flawless credit score very badly.

                      Correct this score asap or we will need to complaint to RBI ombudsman as well so that more customers are not facing this issue.

                        I am having an account with OLA Cabs, And was using OLA postpaid for more than 3 years. I have done all the repayments on time. Suddenly without informing they have disables my OLA postpaid account. As my account fully paid.
                        Recently i was checking my CIBIL report, and found that there is one Loan showing outstanding amount of 12rs by the name of Aditya Birla finance limited, Which was impacting my CIBIL score. Than i have contacted to Aditya birla finance team and got to know that it is from Ola postpaid account.
                        My account was fully paid, But they have shared with CIBIL partners that i was having 12rs outstanding in my account, Which is impacting my CIBIL from 5-6 months. Please support. I have attached screenshot for the same.

                          I took a ride on 9th Jan with CRN:[protected] and was charged extra money of Rs.206. When I complaint they refunded 117 rupees but my 89 rupees are still not refunded and they are lying about technical issue and sending mail about the same. They say they refunded complete 206 amount in Ola money but I am attaching screenshot that I have not reviewed any money in my Ola money wallet as well.

                          Neither my left over amount rupees 89 and nor any mail has been received and the customer representatives are fooling me from last 6 days.

                          Kindly assist.

                            I am a very frequent user of Ola Postpaid + and I do hold limit value of 21, 500. Since last few days all of a sudden am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I have made payments through this Ola wallet but today whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".

                            Please look into this and let me know because i have always paid my dues on or before time and hold good credit score aswell.

                              I do the two transaction with ola money postpaid on 27 sep 2022 for payment of mahindra finance loan and money was deducted form ola money account postpaid
                              I do two transaction amount of 3703 one of them Is clear dues on 8 th oct. one amount is refund back by ola money on 11th oct
                              So I call to customer care they said your both transactions was unsuccessful so I ask for refund that amount I paid to ola money on 8th oct

                                  In fact I’m the past, I have cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and once when I was charged with a late fee, it was paid right after it was flagged . so why then ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported my account late in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus ?? They have made up trips that I have not even taken and reported these overdue amounts.

                                  I have been resident in London since 2021 and had received NO calls or emails asking about any overdue payments and now randomly there are trips shown on my account and overdue payment calls with very threatening phrasing are being made to me.

                                  I think we all should highlight this in tweet also with ticket numbers tagging CEO and other officials.

                                    The calls started after issues in the OLA app prevented me from settling the amount - the outstanding for which was around Rs 400. I made up for the issue by putting the amount into my OLA wallet and asking the call centre to settle the outstanding for the amount from the wallet.
                                    These were events happening in March 2019. Finally I called the ola call center and the agent confirmed to me that I had No outstanding. I conveyed the same to OLA over email on the May 4, 2019. Overtime I stopped receiving these phone calls until last month when the automated calls started coming again.
                                    This harassment of a fraudulent company needs to be stopped.
