Hi,

This is with reference to my ride CRN [protected], CRN [protected] and CRN [protected]. These rides were paid for immediately after the ride was completed.

Following are the payment details for all three rides along with payment details and tickets created:

1) CRN [protected] Payment was made on 27th March at 8:48AM of Rs 317 to Driver Sagar Ashruba Shinde.Ticket Reference Number[protected] Ticket Responder's Name - Shaik Nadeem

2) CRN [protected] Payment was made on 30th March at 8:48AM of Rs 315 to Driver Vijay Achne. Ticket Reference Number[protected] OR 5379917 CRN not mentioned in email response hence not sure which ticket is for which CRN ) Ticket Responder's Name - Prajwal L

3) CRN [protected] Payment was made on 31st March at 1:23PM of Rs 220 to Driver Balaji Andhare. Ticket Reference Number[protected] OR 5379917 CRN not mentioned in email response hence not sure which ticket is for which CRN ) Ticket Responder's Name - Prajwal L

Please find attached the proof of the payments done through UPI.

OLA Money is constantly following me up for payment dues when the same has already been made. Please stop following up for the same.

Constant follow up for something which was already paid for is causing loss of productive hours and stress.

Ola systems should be updated appropriately and they should stop following up for something which is not even due.

Appreciate your help and response.

    Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for refund of the paid trips and accordingly correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola

    Date of incident - Feb month
    Description - Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for refund and correction of postpaid dues to Ola team, however no resolution yet
    1. Refund of the paid trip which is included as part of postpaid dues -
    Trip details : Trip CRN[protected] - Rs 192
    Transaction details with OLA through UPI :
    Reference # :[protected]

    2. Correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola as paid trips amount is included as part of postpaid dues

    3. Ola has been charging late fees, so far since february I've been charged for late fee - 300 Rs . As the issue is pending with Ola team, these charges should not be applied and should be waived off .

    Request the team to take this issue on priority and do the payment dues correction and refund asap. I want to close this from my end and permanently stop using ola services once I clear the payment dues

    This issue has not been resolved and Ola support team hasn't yet refunded the amount and has not corrected the postpaid dues amount . So I'm blocked with the proceeding with the payment due to this Issue .
    Currently have stopped using ola services . This is so far worst ever experience .

        I am getting constant calls and messages from OLA Money regarding payment for rides, which I have already paid.
        My all dues where clear till 09/02/2023, I booked a ride on 09/02/2023 and the bill came out to be Rs.413, while paying that bill on 06/03/2023 Ola money showed the amount of RS.405 which I payed and then app showed Rs.413 which I also payed, So I had to pay total Rs.818 for the ride of Rs.413. Then I booked a ride on 12/03/2023 of Rs.296 and while paying for it the bill was showing Rs.463.
        I had made payment for my rides using OLA Postpaid (Twice) for the same ride, I also have my bank and UPI messages as a proof for the same. I have already sent all these proofs at [protected]@olamoney.com and on WhatsApp several times and on asking a solution for this issue form OLA instead of getting a solution I am getting messages for paying the amount with a constant increase in late fee and threats about legal actions.
        So, not only I had to pay more than the actual bills of rides, but now I am also getting constant harassment messages and calls from Ola money about some executive will visit my address.
        In calls from ola the amount to be payed is different, in messages from ola the amount is different and in Ola application amount is different.
        I am attaching Ride details and payment details images and also screenshots of the harassment messages that I am getting.

          Driver Dinesh Mahato of CRN[protected] said he did not view my postpaid scheme. He insisted me to pay the amount by his QR Code in PhonePe app & I paid.Then how the amount is being showed in my post paid bill again?

          I have enclosed herewith all the evidences in my favour. I therefore request to deduct the amount of Rs, 459/= from my postpsid bill.

            CRN - [protected]

            I took this ride in Ludhiana on 1st april 2023. At first i selected ola money as payment option of rs.173 but due to some technical error l was unable to pay through it. So then I paid the amount through Paytm Upi.

            But the app is still showing a pending amount of rs.173 in ola money. Please rectify this error as i am unable to use ola, because of which, ola is losing business, as i am compelled to use uber.

            Please rectify this ASAP. Please refer to the attachments for screenshots of proof of payments.

              The Auto driver cancelled the ride and ola charged the cancelation fees. Now they are calling continuously to pay that amount.

              I already mentioned multiple times to them that you remove the cancelation charges, I will pay the rest amount which is 112

                I was charged twice (294+294 = 588 rupees) for the same ride from Ola Money wallet on 12th April 2023. CRN:[protected]. I have contacted Ola via support section in the app multiple times over the last one month. Still I have no updates regarding the issue. I would like a refund as soon as possible.

                    I have been forced to pay again the already paid charges stating they are pending. I had already paid however, the last 3 transaction of 1212, 247 and 234 has been asked to pay again which were infact paid and confirmed with driver.

                      I am frequent user of olamoney and I was able to easily use olamoney postpaid on zomato but suddenly the option has gone away and I'm not able to use my postpaid balance on zomato. Kindly help me resolve this ASAP

                        Hi I would like to register a complaint against Ola cab services. Ola has partnership with Aditya Birla Finance. Ola user who use this post paid service of Ola, will automatically get a sanctioned loan amount of 50, 000 from Aditya Birla Finance, even when the user has not applied for the same. The same will reflect as a loan in their cibil report. Last year 2022, out of no where my post paid service got block by ola stating no reason from their end regarding why the service got blocked. I have always made my postpaid ola payment on time but still the service got blocked last year 2022. Hence, after that I have requested ola to close this credit account of aditya birla finance because the item is unnecessarily impacting my credit score, whereas I am not using any ola post paid service. But they did not resolve it yet. More over, my credit report showing wrong information with regards to Aditya Birla Finance. Its showing that here is overdue payment. However I have proofs that I have made all the post paid payments on time. As a result, this false information is impacting my credit score to a great extent unnecessarily. Hence I am raising this complaint. Ola and its partner Aditya Birla Finance is unnecessarily harassing people like this. Please I would request you to take necessary steps so that the I can get resolution at the earliest. Already email sent to Ola money regarding this, but still not closed TICKET ID 5334527.

                          We took and cab and promptly paid the driver thru gpay. We never chose Ola postpaid as the option and never activiated it. Now Ola money are constantly calling and asking to pay. we emailed support and attached the payment receipt as well. support ticket[protected]

                          so many unwanted whatsapp messages and calls from ola money. sort this out ola money otherwise we will also not hesitate to file a case on ola

                              I Had Due Amount Of 3000 Rupees Which WAs Over Due By One Month I told Them I will Pay Due Amount As soon As possible But After that They Were continuously calling for repayment after 30 days my friends and family members got call for asking money they were unaware about that. Also My relatives, Family members Getting calls Multiple Times harrassing them for no reason .                                       I paid for the ride on 18-3-23 with cash to the driver at the end of the ride but my Ola money account got charged and I was asked to pay online when I never selected that payment option, I have booked many rides previously and never had this issue before a I always pay cash. I raised the concern before due date and since then have followed up 6 times but no reply from the Ola team. I got just 1 email from Seema Tabassum that the issue has been escalated on 24-3-23 but since then no one contacted me and the due date was 29th Mar and now late fees has been added. Pls make sure the dues are cleared from my account as I have made the payment in cash.

                                        I am a very frequent user of Ola Postpaid + and I do hold limit value of 12k. Since today all of a sudden am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I have made payments through Ola postpaid, but recently there is no option and there is no way to add it.

                                        Please look into this and let me know because i have always paid my dues on or before time and hold good credit score as well.
