Ola Money — fraud money debited from my account

Hi team,
I am writing you in regard of amount debited from my sbi account by some hacker to his ola account. I call one of your customer
executive they ask me to write an email with all the details.
Details of the transaction:
Bank:SBI
Debit card number:51962000***4037
Date of transaction :11 feb at 12.10 pm
Transaction details: two transactions were made
(Rs9998.0 on POS OLACABS62398 at PAY*WWW OLACABS COM txn# 202817).
( Rs9990.0 on POS OLACABS62398 at PAY*WWW OLACABS COM txn# 200694.)
Kindlly look through your system and please block this money so that the hacker cannot use it.
I have also attached you the copy of FIR against it. Please find the attached image.
And please let me know how can I get that amount back.
