Sir, On 21 july 2017 one fake person calling from mobile no. [protected] claiming to be from sbi bank took details of my sbi bank account debit card and illegally purchased for rs. 9999 from my debit card account on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected]. Aug 29, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 28, 2017 Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money. We would request you to please provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card for us to block the wallet. In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation

Sir,

In response to your reply dated July 27, 2017 my SBI debit card (Maestro) first 6 and last 4 digits are:

First 6 digits are: 622018
Last 4 digits are: 6034

Please take action against this fraud and block the wallet.

My complaint was as below:

On 21 july 2017 one fake person calling from mobile no. [protected] claiming to be from sbi bank took details of my sbi bank account debit card and illegally purchased for rs. 9999 from my debit card account on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

Kindly take action to arrest the person and credit the amount in my bank account.
