[Resolved] Ola Money — fraud transaction from my icici bank account to ola money

I have a bank account in icici bank. Account no.[protected]. Someone attempt a proud transaction from my bank account using my debit card details. Icici bank is saying that it is not our responsibility because the transaction completed through atm pin. And for further details please contact to ola moeny. Below is the details for transaction -

Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money.

We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
