[Resolved]  Ola Money — kyc disabled and unavailable

I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged into ola blog site to complete kyc process and done. Still its showing kyc desabled and not available.
Why ola is doing these tipe of tricks to hold customer’s money?
Why you accepting money to add into ola money when you desable kyc and not available?
These is the reason why ola loosing most customer satisfaction!
Note my point and try to resolve my problem.

Greetings for the day!

We understand that you would like to use "Send Money / Withdraw" feature in Ola Money app.

Please be informed that, based on RBI guidelines, it's mandatory to complete Aadhaar based full KYC in order to avail bank transfers and wallet to wallet transfer facilities.

Currently, there is a temporary suspension on enrollment for availing the Aadhaar KYC services from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), but you can still enjoy using your Ola Money Wallet for your cab rides, mobile recharges and other utility bill payments upto Rs. 10, 000 per month.

Further, kindly note that, you can make your ride payments through credit card / debit card or UPI payment mode post consumption of the monthly limit of Rs. 10, 000/-.

I am also facing the same problem am not able to transfer my money from Ola to bank.Could you tell me how can I do that?
You people are so cheap.if the send option n withdraw option is no more working, then why you kept those options in that [censored]t
app???what's the point of installing that bull ### app??? I am totally disappointed, I have recommended everyone to not use Ola services.disappoint😐😑😡
I too have the same problem. The e-Wallets or m-Wallets are the cheaters. They take the money and we are bound to make payments from them. I have told all my friends and family and relatives not to use OLA or Paytm. These people are just offering freebies and locking money. Can't use money in my wallet even though it shows. And not everywhere OLA money is accepted. Shows a long list but none of them are of any use to me.

Withdrawal is a must option and should not give excuses to hold my money idly.
I am unable to pay and transfer money from wallet to anybody.The KYC process is not complete due to technical issue.Money is stuck in my wallet.Plz help as soon as possible . Ur mail is also not responding
