money debited from account but not credited to ola money account

While transacting Rs.1000 to Ola Money, the amount was debited from my bank account but wasn't credited to my Ola Money account. I had done the transaction using my Debit card on my Mobile. I have notified the Ola Money customer care and ICICI customer care. I will be travelling soon and such problems are only impediments to my travel. It would be great if the problem is solved sooner....

All of sudden the functionality of sending money to the different persons or sending back to my own account has been disabled even after sending all the required KYC documents

drivers are cheaters in ola

Booked call taxi on 24th june from tambaram to chrompet for cinema... Cab was showing 10 mins to arrive for almost 30 mins, and then while enquired driver he was not interested to come for pickup inspite of telling it is getting late to film
Then we booked another cab and moved on time, later he arrived my place asked me to cancel the booking, which i denied.
But while booking now it shows previous cancellation charges rs.50...

ola money-recharge failed but money has been debited from account

I have an account on ola with [protected]. I have tried to recharge ola money on 2nd july 2018 at around 3:00 pm. Money got debited from account but recharge failed. After doing the payment through net banking money instantly got debited from my account but still recharge is showing failed.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your response and it is very bad first experience with ola cab....

over charged for rides

I was traveling from faridabad to amroha today. When i booked the ride the amount shown was rs3194. No final bill was send to me or driver. After repeated calling and on the basis of driver's readings on reaching my destination i was charged rs 4101 which is highly excessive. Ola should look into the matter and take the necessary steps to correct the bill and refund the excess amount.

I did a ola money recharge from my account on 4th june of ₹400 through net banking which got deducted from my bank account but no amount was loaded to ola money.

misuse of ola website and refund request

I wish to mention that many misters have created an account and swindled money from many customers.
My father-in-laws debit card details were (Card number ending 0065 uniion bank) and unfortunately the funds were taken from this account from friday 22.06.2018 evening onwards.

The last attempt was done today mornng (Inspite of blocking the card) 7.04 am 24.06.2018.

In this reagrd, it is submitted that, I had done twice transactions for Rs. 999/- (Total Rs. 1988/-)on[protected] to OLA money through my SBI credit card. The first transaction (Id No. dowl-s69t-xys0) was failed as per their version. But the amount was deducted from my Card. On the necessity at that time, I has done another transaction for Rs.999/-...

wrongfully deducted ola money when app was uninstalled

When I reinstalled the app. The ola money amounting rs. 202 was deducted wrongfully although i signed in with the same email id and password. Kindly refund rs.200 as this was wrongfully deducted. Please block the ola money account used to make a fraud and refund the amount to my father's account from where amount was debited......

Hi, on monday, 22 may 2018, i have added rs.599 from my bank account to ola money using netbanking.
Even though the transaction has been completed from the bank's end, the money is not credited in my ola money. The transaction tab is not showing any failed transaction either. There has been no response from the ola customer care even after trying to contact them.

ola money debited for not a valid reason

On 2nd May i had called for Ola cabs from HSR Lay out, the driver was still on another duty, he told it would take 15 minutes for him to complete and attend me. He told to try other options
Since I had to move urgently i tried for another cab.

For this reason for no fault of me Rs 50/- is debited from my Ola money account for cancellation.

Please let know how can driver register for another call prior...

recharge successful but money not credited into ola money

Hi, on Monday, 07 May 2018, I have added Rs.599 from my bank account to ola money using netbanking.
Even though the transaction has been completed from the bank's end, the money is not credited in my ola money. The transaction tab is not showing any failed transaction either. There has been no response from the Ola customer care even after trying to contact them.
