I have trying to cancel the Ola money postpaid service for quite some time . The customer care is not picking up the phone and I have tried it multiple times.

I see that even though I am not using OLA Money Postpaid they are charging me with amounts like 857 Rupees . And If I dont pay then I am unable to use Ola service at all. I have paid it this time .But I would like to cancel Ola MOney post paid before reusing ola services in the future .

Please resolve this ASAP .

Hi I have done a metro recharge through Ola Money on 27 the August 2018, for metro card no . 76584784.
But the amount is not been added in my Metro card balance.
It's still showing the last amount which I was having in my card already. Kindly it ASAP.

    I have transferred the amount of 999 from my sbi net banking to ola money but nothing got transferred. I again did and second time it got transferred. I request you to transfer the first also in ola money as money got deducted two tomes from my account.

    Driver collected extra ash while payment was made through ola money. The passenger were new to the ola rides and when driver insisted to pay they paid 485 . We want to lodge complaint against the driver and refund of 485.
    I needed to transfer money back to my bank account from Ola Money. The withdraw option does not work as it says KYC has been disabled temporarily. The issue has been prevalent for about a week now. And it's beyond pissing off.
    Need urgent redressal.

      I did an ola money recharge of rs.599 and the amount got debited from the bank, but got a failure notice from ola money. I contact the support and they said the amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. This happened on 9th july 2018. Since then i am following up with the customer care and they keep telling the standard answer, wait for 2 more days and amount will be credited in the ola money.

      Today again when i followed up the customer care executive named pramod said that i can reach out to any forum and that they will not help me with the issue.

      No wonder people are not happy with ola's customer care.

      As of now nothing has been done, have been following up with the team since a month and they give the same standard answer that the amount will be refunded by end of the day.

        Today on 5Aug18 at 05:10 pm, I have paid Rs 1178.82. OLA money payment history shows payment successful. Transaction I'd: DQ 11-7FAH-22XD. But nobroker app shows transaction failed. Their Transaction ID:[protected].

        Nobroker replied that you can request OLA money to reverse the transaction.
        Now I do not know how who is responsible for refund action.

          I tried to recharge my Ola money wallet on 15 July 2018 for Rs.1000 which failed, for Rs.200 on 18 July 2018 which failed and for Rs.500 on 29 July 2018 which failed again. I had raised multiple complaints for the first two transactions but now even after 17 days of the failed transactions, my money has not been refunded back. They kept asking for 2 more working days again and again but neither recharged my ola wallet nor refunded the amount till date. Again, trusting them, I tried to recharge my ola money wallet with Rs.500 yesterday but alas! again the same fate. Now my Rs.1700 are stuck with them (transaction references attached). I am not going to use Ola again ever. It's a total disaster recharging with them. I could have saved or utilized my hard earned money at a rather better place.

            kyc disabled and unavailable

            I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged into ola blog site to complete kyc process and done. Still its showing kyc desabled and not available.
            Why ola is doing these tipe of tricks to hold customer’s money?
            Why you accepting money to add into ola money when you desable kyc and not available?
            These is the reason why ola loosing most customer satisfaction!
            Note my point...

              Hi sir/ma'am

              My debit card was charged twice but only rs800 money was credited in ola money once. I have transaction details showing two charges. I asked the team to look into it but the matter has not been resolved. They agree on issue but keep buying time it's been more than 2 weeks. Please resolve.

              I had OLA money balance of Rs 200.00 in my OLA account with mobile number [protected]. I did not use OLA form that account for long as the mobile number was with my father. However the OLA money balance disappeared from that account.
              Please help in getting the balance credited back to the account.

                On jul12th 2018, i booked cab online subsequent to refusal of driver in 2nd week of may, 2018 to pick after being accepted
                again diver after accepted on line booking which was confirmed over phone to driver but after 20 minutes by expecting near to my place of journey, he replied that he wont come that too for my ola money which retained by ola

                  I travelled by Ola auto and I made the payment option as Ola money. While being dropped the driver said that he wont accept for Ola money and wanted only cash to be paid. The Ola money was also deducted.. and we paid by cash too.. Will the ola money refunded.? This has happened mutilple times.. They have even deducted cancellation money twice, which happened a year before and sent mail to ola. But no proper response.

                    While transacting Rs.1000 to Ola Money, the amount was debited from my bank account but wasn't credited to my Ola Money account. I had done the transaction using my Debit card on my Mobile. I have notified the Ola Money customer care and ICICI customer care. I will be travelling soon and such problems are only impediments to my travel. It would be great if the problem is solved sooner.

                      We understand that you would like to use "Send Money" feature in Ola Money app.

                      Please be informed that, based on RBI guidelines, its mandatory to complete Aadhaar based full KYC in order to avail bank transfers and wallet to wallet transfer facilities.

                        Booked call taxi on 24th june from tambaram to chrompet for cinema... Cab was showing 10 mins to arrive for almost 30 mins, and then while enquired driver he was not interested to come for pickup inspite of telling it is getting late to film
                        Then we booked another cab and moved on time, later he arrived my place asked me to cancel the booking, which i denied.
                        But while booking now it shows previous cancellation charges rs.50 on my mobile
                        Cheaters... Exploiting... Need to take a call... This is not the first time... It is 2nd incident with ola for me...
                        Should have professional quality drivers to behave properly.
                        Fast track is much better than ola, even if they charge more on time and genuine in charging customers upfront.

                        Uber call taxi booked on 2nd July, driver was so arrogant and i felt unsafe that he was asking me to change the location and he was not taking me to my place.
                        should need professional drivers, they are much localised fellows...
                        i paid him extra 30 rs, bad service and behaviour

                          I have an account on ola with [protected]. I have tried to recharge ola money on 2nd july 2018 at around 3:00 pm. Money got debited from account but recharge failed. After doing the payment through net banking money instantly got debited from my account but still recharge is showing failed.
                          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your response and it is very bad first experience with ola cab.

                              I was traveling from faridabad to amroha today. When i booked the ride the amount shown was rs3194. No final bill was send to me or driver. After repeated calling and on the basis of driver's readings on reaching my destination i was charged rs 4101 which is highly excessive. Ola should look into the matter and take the necessary steps to correct the bill and refund the excess amount.

                                  I wish to mention that many misters have created an account and swindled money from many customers.
                                  My father-in-laws debit card details were (Card number ending 0065 uniion bank) and unfortunately the funds were taken from this account from friday 22.06.2018 evening onwards.

                                  The last attempt was done today mornng (Inspite of blocking the card) 7.04 am 24.06.2018.

                                  I here by request you arrange to block the misuser urgently and transfer the money transferred from the above card.
