Ola Money — money got deducted from bank account but ola money hasn't got added to ola money

Money got deducted from bank account but ola money hasn't got added to ola money. Transaction was unsuccessful.
A amount of 300 (200+100) rupees got deducted in 2 consecutive transactions. Kindly let me know when can i get back my money. Please help!!!
