[Resolved] Ola Money — money transfer didn't happen

I paid my bsnl telephone bill from ola money on 21st sept. Ola money got deducted from my account but the bsnl telephone bill is still not paid. I still get notification from bsnl that the bill is not paid. I'm not sure whether bsnl didn't update the payment details or the ola money itself is not reached the bsnl. I tried to add money to my Ola money through sbi net banking.But as soon as I entered the otp to complete the transaction it showed as session times out but the amount was debited from my account but we're not added to my Ola money.The amount I tried to add was 242 but the money didn't get added into my Ola money.So please look into it.

On september, i just had rs. 10 in my wallet but on one day my amount was debited by ola as cab booking charges without my permission... I did'nt expect this...
