[Resolved] Ola Money — ola auto ride | |
This is in reference to an auto ride booked through ola on 19th february 2020. The customer who took the ride had paid the auto driver ₹98 as demanded by the auto driver. Even after the payment was made, the charges showed up on ola money. I tried contacting the company several times through emails and also flagged a complaint through the app for that particular ride. Even after persistent efforts from my end, i have received a notification that the bill for ola money has been generated on 3rd march 2020. Was this information helpful? | |
