[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money app | |||||
On 29th october sunday, i top up my ola money wallet (App) of rs 999 but all of sudden i realize and decided to withdraw money (Rs 999) from ola money to my bank account but failed to do that because ola money company has disabled withdraw option from mobile app due to lack of kyc. When i understood through customer care dept of ola money that i have to submit kyc documents, i immediately submitted the documents (Pan card, aadhar card & passport size photo) on 29th october around 08:30 pm via email and i have been assured this will be immediately update & withdraw option will be enabled by executive named ansari (But didnt happened at all) so i again called to customer care and again other baseless assurance from another executive that this will take maximum 3 day working days to get kyc details update & then only i will able to withdraw money from ola to my bank account. Today it has been 4th day since i have submitted documents but no positive results on my concern/request. Every time i follow up with the customer care dept, i only get baseless promise and fake assurance and top of it today i have been informed that no body has time to take my request from ola money dept since all are busy. I only want my money back to my account & i promise i'll never use ola service again. Consumer complaints team please help me to get my money back from ola. Was this information helpful? | |||||
