Ola Money — Ola postpaid amount is not reflecting in Aditya Birla records - Credit score dropped

Hi Team,

I have an Ola postpaid account and I had cleared dues on time. I paid my May bill on June 2nd 2022.
But as per my credit report, I had delayed my payment of Ola postpaid (Aditya Birla Finance Limited). PFA screenshot of the same.

I got verbal confirmation from the ola postpaid team that I had cleared my dues on 2nd June and have no outstanding payments. I dropped a lot of mails from my registered mail id([protected]@gmail.com) requesting to check with Aditya Birla the reason for showing delayed payment.

There is no response for a week and when I finally got response, they are asking me to wait for 30-40 business days.
Because of an issue from your side, 2 late payments are reflecting in my credit report and my score dropped from 840 to 430.
If I wait for 30-40 business days which would be 2 more months, my score will go to negative.

I had always paid my bills on time and maintained a perfect score. Now, because of the issue from Ola Money or Aditya Birla side, my score has gone to worst.

I am attaching the relevant screenshots. Please correct this issue and fix my credit score ASAP.
