I had to pay extra for 2 trips taken on 5th july 2022 & 1 cancellation charge from drivers side on 6th July 2022. I had informed ola and i was assured refund. After 10days i had mailed them that i have not received the refund. I was asked to provide them the bank statement. After that again i mailed them and was assured the refund. I received a call that i will be given the refund when i mailed saying i am complaining to consumer forum. But no written sms or mail regarding refund from them. Again after 1 week when i asked them they are asking for bank statement.

Please do the needful and take strict action against such fraud doings from such reputed company.

I got a reply from them asking for bank statement...this is the 3rd time i am sending them the statement and it has been 2 weeks since i have sent it...again no reply or refund...
This is just a loop..if this portal is also not able to help then what is rhe use...
Companies like ola will keep looting consumers!
What is the estimated no of days the complain will be resolved and i will get my money back?
How many days till i get a proper solution?

          Its a scam from Ola drivers in escepially in hyderabad, Where they are intentionally not accepting the ola postpaid amount and they are lying and taking Money from us.I have shown the cab driver the deduction message and his picture as well.stil he lied to us and not accepting the notification from Ola money.
          Its not the 1st tym and ola is not accepting this Request of mine as i claimed already.
          It is disgustig, I have used Ola in bangalore, Goa and many other places never faced this situation and couple of times i faced in hyderabad only.Those drivers only making this kind of scam.I have attaced the Screenshots as well.

            I had an airport ride on 7th June’22. After this ride, I got a notification that my postpaid due date was nearing and that I should make the payment soon. To my surprise, the due amount was 2050 for a mere car ride to the airport which was just 10-15 minutes from my place (Vasant Kunj to IGI Airport Delhi). I filed a complaint to which Ola replied that I had taken a ride to Haryana which I did not.

            Luckily I got through with the resolution and got a phone call where I was asked to pay for ₹840 and the remaining ₹1210 would be paid from their end. The agent also told me on the call that my account will be updated after 2-3 working days so I immediately made the payment.

            However, this is where my problem started. I noticed that my account was not updated and that I was still getting the notice for late payment. It has been 2 months after this issue so my due amount got increased to 2250 (₹100 for each month)

            If Ola had settled the amount as per their arrangement and if they had updated my account after I made the payment, I would not have been charged with the late fee and I would have continued using the app.

            Now I’m bombarded with endless scam calls as well as emails and messages. I even received two whatsapp messages threatening to come to my house to get the money.

            I had sent multiple emails explaining my issue as well as asking for a person to call back and not the automated ones, but I’m yet to get a reply.

            They keep sending spam mails and calls but not even once had they tried to settle my issue nor made an effort for an agent to call me.

            If anyone is reading this apart from Ola, please be careful when it comes to money. Do not trust them blindly like I did when they called and ‘pretended’ to resolve my issue. Now I had paid ₹840 as per the call and still left with my postpaid due along with extra ₹200 late fee charge.

              I had booked a cash trip in ola i don't know how the trip got updated to ola postpaid innthe middle as my phone was out of network and when I checked after the ride got over the next day the money was deducted from ola postpaid i had updated the same to via complaint to ola and the executive has also confirmed with driver that I had paid cash but still they are asking me to pay the money

                I have been falsely charged for a ride that they say happened on 19th May 2022, But in reality there was only one ride that got cancelled on that Day.

                They are charging me Rs 495 for nothing.

                I have complained on their call center, twitter, whatsapp everywhere but no action.
                On top of that they say that they would send someone to collect and take legal action, without telling me why are they charging.

                  This is regarding the above mentioned issue and Ola money not able to sort out. As per them there is an outstanding due from my end of Rs. 773 (actual amount + late pay penalty) on 2 rides that I took in June.

                  I have been following up with customer care + over mail, that I already paid for both rides. Instead of sorting out issues at Ola end I am being reminded constantly. I even mailed the proof of payment (paytm for one of the rides + the other one paid by cash).

                      Hi, i made a transaction on a e-commerce portal using Ola Money prepaid card for payment on Jun-12-2022 and the e-commerce portal refunded the money after i returned there products on Jun-24th.                         Have travelled thro Ola cab once and made cash payment. Received a message from Ola money to make a payment of INR 672. Have sent mails to [protected]@olacabs.com, ola money highlighting that I had already paid the fare in cash to driver but still no action taken by the company to rectify the fault.

                        Have received the following message many time thro Whatsapp f.

                        "Our Executive is on the way and he will reach at your residential address with LEGAL Notice today anytime before 5 PM to avoid this kindly revert

                        This is the final reminder to you, make the overdue payment, In case of failure to make the said payment leads to further necessary action under IPC 138 and section IPC 420 .

                        Note:- In case of failure to make the said payment, your all bank account will be freeze using Pancard & Aadhar card number .

                        Since I'm holding your case, To avoid this kindly make the payment

                        Thank & Regard
                        OLA MONEY POSTPAID"

                        also received daily around 10 mails daily regarding the same even they call regularly on Sunday to make my life hell.

                          Ola Money powered by Aditya Birla Finance has reported delay in payment to CRIF for June 2022, whereas there was no delay as I can see in OLA money's report. Due to wrong reporting, my CRIF score decreased by 105 points, bringing it to less than 800 for the first time. This is a serious concern and needs to be corrected ASAP.

Due to wrong reporting, my CIBIL score decreased by 105 points, bringing it to less than 800 for the first time. This is a serious concern and needs to be corrected ASAP.

                              On June 2nd I got a notification from old to pay the pending amount of rs.15728/- so I paid through my bank but I got a message like my transaction was failed but my money got debited from my bank account on 2nd June of rs.15728/-

                              I am regularly following ola for the past one and half months. but I did not get any proper response. Every time when I am calling, they are asking me to wait for 3 business days.

                              Please help me in getting my money back.

                                  I availed the Ola Postpaid services last year. That was the biggest mistake I have made. There was no clarity or transparency from their end that the KYC which they were using was to open a loan account in third party banks, in my case, IDFC bank.

                                  I had applied for a housing loan and the bank told me that I have a loan written off in my CIBIL records and I need to provide a justification as to why the loan was written off. I had to pay for the CIBIL reports, and too my shock I come to know I have a personal loan of 6500 and a loan account in IDFC bank. I contacted the customer team of the bank, and they told me this is by OLA money and if I need the loan deleted from my CIBIL records, the bank needs a written communication from OLA stating the same.

                                  I contacted OLA customer care number, from multiple devices, no response as always. I dropped an email to them, they said they have raised a ticket for it. After one day I get an email that I need to report an issue to another email ID. I report the issue on another email ID, they raise a ticket. I get a response from them that they will consider my complaint only after I mail from my registered email ID. I tried to register my email ID and it is stating that the email ID is already in the system.

                                  This is complete harassment and mental torture that I am suffering from past one week. The worst customer experience from OLA money, they should have never been given the privilege to launch Postpaid services. How can they take a loan in the name of the client, how can they run the loan for a year and let interest accumulate on it and write it off without the knowledge of the customer? Who gave you the authority to make decisions on behalf of the customer?

                                  I had another instance with OLA money and I am glad I have it on record. I got a sms on 5th April 2022 that I have not cleared by OLA money due which was to be paid by 14th April 2022 and hence now I have to pay late fees to it. I mailed the company on the same day that how can you send a message for delay payment for 14th April on 5th April? Of course I got no reply from their complaint team. I paid the interest amount because what choice do I have as a customer? Attaching the screenshot for reference (date of message can be seen). Haven't received a justification for this as well, hoping this is addressed.

                                  Now my home loan is delayed, the possession of my flat is delayed. And I am getting no support from OLA money and IDFC bank to have this record deleted from my CIBIL. As a consumer I feel this is the most fraudulent abuse of customer data. I want OLA to get this record cleared from my CIBIL so I can have my home loan approved and compensate me for the loss of work, loss due to delay possession of my flat and sheer mental agony that I have been going through for the past one week.

                                    The transaction i had done was for train ticket booking where amount was paid via ola postpaid. Now the train got cancelled and money is refunded ₹1035 from IRCTC but same has been not refunded in wallet.

                                    I had contacted multiple times through mail and call but these guys are just making the excuses.

                                    Ola don't want to refund the money i believe.

                                      I paid cash to the driver via Phonepe for the ride but the same was deducted from Ola postpaid as well. Even after providing the transaction details and screenshot, Ola is denying to reset my postpaid balance. This way they are openly making it very easy for few dishonest drivers to cheat on the customers. Very poor support from the support team.

                                        A ride done by someone else started showing up in the account and random people started harassing through whatsapp and calls for the payment of Rs 206.

                                        Threats are like people coming home to collect money, will block all bank accounts etc..

                                        On the date ola is claming the trip has done inside bangalore we were not even in the city and it can be easily proven, with all travel documents and toll receipts etc. Even after mentioning all these the customer care people keeps harassing with threats like going to file case, going to freeze bank accounts etc..

                                        i have no objection in paying even in thousands if i owe it to ola, but you cant cheat people by claiming money for rides they havent even done. you cant cheat customers and make them pay for flaws in your system.

                                        Ticket No:[protected], they keeps closing this ticket raised by me, saying the ride is showing in account i have to pay for it. Keeps whatsapping and calling from random numbers with threats now.

                                        I don't think they have any resolution, somebody called yesterday and the solution is the same, we have to pay as it's showing up as a completed ride in the account. And I don't think it's fair to pay money for a service you have never taken.

                                        Looks like keeping an ola account with post-pay activated was a mistake as this app looks vulnerable and unsafe.
