Hi Team,

I have an Ola postpaid account and I had cleared dues on time. I paid my May bill on June 2nd 2022.
But as per my credit report, I had delayed my payment of Ola postpaid (Aditya Birla Finance Limited). PFA screenshot of the same.

I got verbal confirmation from the ola postpaid team that I had cleared my dues on 2nd June and have no outstanding payments. I dropped a lot of mails from my registered...

I availed the Ola Postpaid services last year. That was the biggest mistake I have made. There was no clarity or transparency from their end that the KYC which they were using was to open a loan account in third party banks, in my case, IDFC bank.

I had applied for a housing loan and the bank told me that I have a loan written off in my CIBIL records and I need to provide a justification as to why the loan was written off. I had to pay for the CIBIL reports, and too my shock I come to know I have a personal loan of 6500 and a loan account in IDFC bank. I contacted the customer team of the bank, and they told me this is by OLA money and if I need the loan deleted from my CIBIL records, the bank needs a written communication from OLA stating the same.

I contacted OLA customer care number, from multiple devices, no response as always. I dropped an email to them, they said they have raised a ticket for it. After one day I get an email that I need to report an issue to another email ID. I report the issue on another email ID, they raise a ticket. I get a response from them that they will consider my complaint only after I mail from my registered email ID. I tried to register my email ID and it is stating that the email ID is already in the system.

This is complete harassment and mental torture that I am suffering from past one week. The worst customer experience from OLA money, they should have never been given the privilege to launch Postpaid services. How can they take a loan in the name of the client, how can they run the loan for a year and let interest accumulate on it and write it off without the knowledge of the customer? Who gave you the authority to make decisions on behalf of the customer?

I had another instance with OLA money and I am glad I have it on record. I got a sms on 5th April 2022 that I have not cleared by OLA money due which was to be paid by 14th April 2022 and hence now I have to pay late fees to it. I mailed the company on the same day that how can you send a message for delay payment for 14th April on 5th April? Of course I got no reply from their complaint team. I paid the interest amount because what choice do I have as a customer? Attaching the screenshot for reference (date of message can be seen). Haven't received a justification for this as well, hoping this is addressed.

Now my home loan is delayed, the possession of my flat is delayed. And I am getting no support from OLA money and IDFC bank to have this record deleted from my CIBIL. As a consumer I feel this is the most fraudulent abuse of customer data. I want OLA to get this record cleared from my CIBIL so I can have my home loan approved and compensate me for the loss of work, loss due to delay possession of my flat and sheer mental agony that I have been going through for the past one week.

    The transaction i had done was for train ticket booking where amount was paid via ola postpaid. Now the train got cancelled and money is refunded ₹1035 from IRCTC but same has been not refunded in wallet.

    I had contacted multiple times through mail and call but these guys are just making the excuses.

    Ola don't want to refund the money i believe.

      I paid cash to the driver via Phonepe for the ride but the same was deducted from Ola postpaid as well. Even after providing the transaction details and screenshot, Ola is denying to reset my postpaid balance. This way they are openly making it very easy for few dishonest drivers to cheat on the customers. Very poor support from the support team.
      Also sharing screenshot of the transactions made.

      I was asked to share screenshot of the transaction that was done through PhonePe. After which I got a call from Ola. It got resolved with 4 days. Ola wallet was reset.

        A ride done by someone else started showing up in the account and random people started harassing through whatsapp and calls for the payment of Rs 206.

        Threats are like people coming home to collect money, will block all bank accounts etc..

        On the date ola is claming the trip has done inside bangalore we were not even in the city and it can be easily proven, with all travel documents and toll receipts etc. Even after mentioning all these the customer care people keeps harassing with threats like going to file case, going to freeze bank accounts etc..

        i have no objection in paying even in thousands if i owe it to ola, but you cant cheat people by claiming money for rides they havent even done. you cant cheat customers and make them pay for flaws in your system.

        Last threat message came from ola

        I don't think they have any resolution, somebody called yesterday and the solution is the same, we have to pay as it's showing up as a completed ride in the account. And I don't think it's fair to pay money for a service you have never taken.

        Looks like keeping an ola account with post-pay activated was a mistake as this app looks vulnerable and unsafe.

            Hi wanted to use the ola postpaid app to pay my daughters school fees Rs. 12465. Since the limit of postpaid is 5000, I needed to add Rs. 7465/-. The transaction showed failed due to technical issue. After trying again it said declined because I have exceeded the number of tries. This has been going on for 3 days. I can't even transfer the money back to my account. I also read that they will charge me to transfer my money which I added to me a fee payment and now they won't let me take it back!. This is bullying.

                I am a very frequent user of Ola Postpaid + and I do hold limit value of 20k. Since today all of a sudden am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I have made payments through this Ola wallet but today whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".

                Please look into this and let me know because i have always paid my dues on or before time and hold good credit score aswell.

                    I registered on ola money and my account from mobile number [protected] having postpaid facility and my account was shown overdue by amount ₹500.00 but the same was not shown in my transaction history as spent, i already clear all my dues so either reverse that amount shown as overdrawn with all charges levied and my account has refund also please initiate that and contact me on mail [protected]@gmail.com and on mobile [protected].                       For the last more than 20 days receiving message demanding payment of Rs.550/-. regarding an invoice for Rs.424/-.

                      The ride in question was from Prashant Vihar to Krishi Bhavan CRN No. [protected]. In this context I wish to submit that:

                      1. I never consented for any Ola account (post paid). Request to deactivate if any.

                      2. All the payments are made in cash to the driver. On that particular day the driver did not get the bill detail at the end of the journey for internet issue. He collected the payment Rs.430/- as per message for Rs.424/- at the time of booking.

                      3. I have never used ola post paid facility and paid all the dues to the driver in cash at the end of the journey.

                      4. All my complaints and messages to Olamoney & ola support in this context proved futile. The ticket no. given are[protected]th June) and[protected]th June) respectively. No resolution till date.

                      5. All your customer care service (Executives) are useless. The only know to make demand and do not patience to listen to the customer.

                      I have responded to all your communique but no reply or resolution till date.

                      It is my humble request to resolve this undesired demand for double payment and close my post paid account if any.

                      I have written to nodal officer, olasupport, OlaMoney but no action.

                      All custom care calls attended but immediately cut by operators as soon as we start saying something. Call records can be checked

                      I never asked for post paid account. How it is opened without my consent. No reply.

                      The amount is too small for me to be paid. But it is a matter of wrong demand and dictates fir payment only with threatening messages.

                            An amount of Rs 5945.36 was debited from the ICICI bank account for Ola postpaid (on 2nd July) but the postpaid account still suggests that I should clear the dues before 4th July in order to avoid a fee of Rs 500.

                            Have written the same to the customer care( Ola money team) but no one has reverted back.

                            Please update the status on the app since it creates a lot of stress for a customer who makes timely payments...

                              Have travelled thro Ola cab once and made cash payment. Received a message from Ola money to make a payment of INR 450. Have sent mails to [protected]@ ola money highlighting incorrect messages but still no action taken by the company to rectify the fault.

                              Have received the following message today thro Whatsapp from a mobile number registered in Punjab (though i live outside Punjab).

                                I had already done my payment by cash for a ride.But it still updates me that the payment is due.I had ready raised a complaint before but no actions were taken.The ola money says that after few days we will charge you extra 50 rs with actual amount.

                                  I've transferred 1573 rs to my ola wallet but I'm now unable to transfer it to any of my friends nor I can use it for online shopping and unable to pay to merchants and can't even tranfer back my money to my bank

                                    I am a regular user of Ola Postpaid + and recently my limit has been increased to Rs. 12000. But I am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato or any other app recently.                                     I had been using ola postpaid for a very long time and never missed my due payment and never paid a late fee also. But now I am not able to use it and my credit score dropped by more than a 100 points because of Ola money and not sure what is the reason.

                                    I already wrote a mail from my registered account and got a response saying that I don't have an account. That email ID from which I had dropped a mail is clearly visible in my app.

                                      I chose Ola Postpaid + EMI to pay for order on Myntra twice. Both transactions failed. Yet my account has been charged (i.e. my Ola Postpaid Balance to use has decreased by the total amounts of these 2 transactions).

                                      Transaction IDs: grf1-j05v-tega & grf1-j0tp-wpxu

                                      The transactions are worth 10k+ total.

                                      I have raised MULTIPLE SUPPORT ENQUIRIES on both transactions + EMAILED. Have received no response AT ALL!!
