[Resolved] Ola Money — Ola postpaid disable

Ola has disable my postpaid account. I used ola postpaid amount where i was given emi request of RS.15000 which is successfully converted and i received the msg from ola team. Right now they are sending me the msg for the whole amount to pay which was converted into emi. Pay Now option is disable at my ola postpaid account so i unable to pay emi. If i unable to pay the emi amount at ola app or ola money app so why should i pay penalty and why should my cibil score will impact. I'll not pay any penalty or late payment fee. I sent one mail to IDFC First bank because they are his finance partner. Requesting you team to fix this issue. Social media escalation done from my end. I clear due of ola money pp every month on time and use it regularly and suddenly this month after me clearing the due ! My account is disabled without notifying the reason

Its not yet resolved ! Its not activated yet ! Companies behaving like frauds . After the repayment they disabled the account ! What if we do the same >> after using money, if we dont pay !!! Please keep your services consistent
