I have paid by Cash to Driver, yet Ola Money has charged me on Ola Money Postpaid and asking to pay it. I have not activated Ola money, yet they show me a charge on the Postpaid wallet and harrassing me to pay the money. Total injustice with the customer and playing with the Customer's trust.
I want the charge to be cancelled by Ola Money.

    Date: - 18/05/2022 on a daily basis, if any person registers fraudulent account with my mobile number and email id, and 6792/- add it to money wallet from my bank Account, I will register complaint in cyber cell. so please do needful.

      Hi everyone,

      In the moth of Mar 2022, while i'm booking its wrongly choosed Ola postpaid options, For the first services i had paid the cash to the driver.

      Eventhough i paid its accounted as due as Rs 241 in my postpaid account, when i get call from OLA customer care i explained this he said he check with driver and revert back, but so far there is no response related to that.

      But I have got several calls from your ola team, to clear the amount. Every time i request them to do the settlement of the amount then only i will be clearing the balance amount. Non of my request get entertained by your call center teams.

      I was very disappointed from the entire ola company, they do not do there work properly and asking me to pay extra money. This is really very unprofessional.
      I see message are coming to me regularly to pay the amount with penalty.

      I keep getting message as "Our Executive is on the way and he wil reach at your residential address with Legal notice" what is these about ? Are you running any gangsters related services ?

      But this was a great drama from ola, cheaters as they forced me to pay the double the amount along with the penalty, with lot of mental tortures.

        This is my follow up on the ticket ID: 4351952

        I was supposed to receive a solution on 4 May 2022 (Wednesday), last week. It is 14 May 2022 (Saturday) today and I have received NO follow up or reply from your end.

        Its been 15 days since I've notified your team about this problem. I can't follow up via email anymore. Please have your team contact me via call, sort out my issue and initiate my refund ASAP.

        I withdrew the money in my Ola money wallet into my SBI bank account on 27 April at 10:47 am. The transaction ID is: GQW4-VF60-AM87. The transaction status showed: pending and I still haven't received my funds.

        I've already contacted my bank and they asked me to reach out to your team since the transaction was initiated via Ola money.

        My transaction detail is as follows:

        Transaction ID: GQW4-VF60-AM87

        Amount: Rs. 3096.05 (including the transfer charge of Rs. 176.05)

        Date: 27 April 2022

        Day: Wednesday

        Time: 10:47 am

        Initiate the refund!!

        This is the exact reply I've received to my registered email ID! So no, your response hasn't been helpful. And you can refer the attachments for the responses I've received and the delays caused. Hence I've posted it here to escalate the issue.

        It's been 20 days since I've reached out to your team regarding my ticket #4351952 (money transfer from Olamoney wallet to bank account). I want my money refunded to my bank account ASAP.

          The transaction i had done was for flight booking where amount was paid via ola postpaid. Now the flight got cancelled and money is refunded from airlines but it is stuck at ola postpaid. Unable to claim the pending refund.

                      First issue/complaint is that I've purchased 500 Rs. Flipkart Gift voucher/card from Olamoney app using Ola postpaid payment method. Till now neither I received email nor SMS for the Rs.500 Flipkart Gift voucher.
                      Second issue as per offer mentioned on olamoney app that if I'll purchase any giftcard using Ola postpaid method I'll get 10% cashback.
                      Third thing is that even after sending many reminders olamoney does not bother to reply. This is worst service I found from olamoney.
                      Forth they generated postpaid statement and send me bill Flipkart voucher which I did not received yet.
                      Fifth they dont have customer care number, only support email is there and that is even worst.

                            Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of January and February ????!!! Is this a Joke ?

                            In fact I cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and have never been charged with one single late payment fee so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account LXW- M[protected] late by 2 months in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus ??

                            I have attached all payments screenshots and the CIBIL report as well to prove that I have never ever been late with my payments on Ola Money postpaid+ by even 1 day let alone 2 months !!!

                            Why have ABFL / Ola Postpaid+ reported the account LXW- M[protected] late by 2 months in CIBIL wrongfully damaging my CIBIL score ? This is sheer carelessness on the part of whoever is responsible for the CIBIL reporting of accounts and is GROSS MISCONDUCT as me as the consumer is having to suffer for NO fault of mine & my other loan has got rejected due to this error in reporting from your end !!

                            Do ABFL your finance partner think CIBIL report of a consumer is a joke ? They just report FALSE INFORMATION ARBITRARILY ?

                            Do you realize this is gross Misconduct playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+ ??

                            Also I cannot reach you guys over the phone so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting and error in reporting through sheer callousness !!

                            I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT LXW- M[protected] REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report time & again by sheer callousness and negligence !

                              My Register Mobile Number with OlaMoney: [protected].
                              I noticed that there was sudden drop of 110 points in my score and 50 points in CIBIL report in December Month 2021. But I never defaulted any payments with OlaMoney. Raised Service Tickets: 3945101, 4052580 and 4331132 and followed up with them. They are simply closing the tickets by saying that they will address the Issue ASAP. Its been almost 6 months since wrong entry and still there is no resolution from them.

                              Please help. My CIBIL/Experian score impacted badly because of this wrong entry.

                                  I am a regular user of Ola Postpaid +. But I am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I was able to use it but for a few days whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".

                                  Now It looks like I am not able to use Postpaid+ services anymore. Please look into this and let me know. Any help would be highly appreciated.

                                    I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
                                    Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

                                      I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
                                      Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

                                        Hi Ola
                                        On 16th March, 2022, I have travelled from Kolathur (chennai) to Cenral Railway station using Ola Auto and paid cash 163 to driver. I have never opted Ola Postpaid service. However, I received mail that the amount 163 is due stating like i opted postpaid. This looks like a fraud attempt to grab money for service which already paid by cash. I raised the ticket in the app and ticket Id is 4277460. Please reverse the due amount and update me on priority.

                                        I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.

                                        I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

                                        And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.
                                        Yes same happens to me also, OLA is constantly sending me sms, messages and emails and ask me to pay dues, I already paid money to the driver. Worst service by OLA. I removed OLA application from my mobile.
