My Register Mobile Number with OlaMoney: [protected].
I noticed that there was sudden drop of 110 points in my score and 50 points in CIBIL report in December Month 2021. But I never defaulted any payments with OlaMoney. Raised Service Tickets: 3945101, 4052580 and 4331132 and followed up with them. They are simply closing the tickets by saying that they will address the Issue ASAP. Its been almost 6 months since wrong entry and still there is no resolution from them.

Please help. My CIBIL/Experian score impacted badly because of this wrong entry.

    I have taken 3 rides from ola in the last week and paid them all by cash but the app is showing that it's paid by postpaid and showing dues. Details below

      I am a regular user of Ola Postpaid +. But I am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I was able to use it but for a few days whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".

      Now It looks like I am not able to use Postpaid+ services anymore. Please look into this and let me know. Any help would be highly appreciated.

        I am Mrs V Akilandeswari [protected] my number I paid lost three rides in cash .and also 53 rupees i paid for two times .that means cash and also post paid too then again they asked 749 rupees and also 101 rupees i paid for all rides .and also i don't wants to pay through post paid system..they asked again and again for this matter i complaint several times .but they didn't take action for this .today they ask extra 75 rupees for late fees also i want a immediate action for this matter ...regards V Akilandeswari

          This is to inform you I have received an email notification from Ola money postpaid bills of Rs 1000/- which need to be cleared by April 14th. I have not opted for Ola money postpaid. Can you please look into this issue.

            Hi Ola
            On 16th March, 2022, I have travelled from Kolathur (chennai) to Cenral Railway station using Ola Auto and paid cash 163 to driver. I have never opted Ola Postpaid service. However, I received mail that the amount 163 is due stating like i opted postpaid. This looks like a fraud attempt to grab money for service which already paid by cash. I raised the ticket in the app and ticket Id is 4277460. Please reverse the due amount and update me on priority.

            I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

            And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.
            Yes same happens to me also, OLA is constantly sending me sms, messages and emails and ask me to pay dues, I already paid money to the driver. Worst service by OLA. I removed OLA application from my mobile.

              This is regarding ola money postpaid, I was charged for ordering a pizza from the ola app but the one which I ordered is different from the one I got, support people didn't respond on that day and I don't want to pay extra money for something which I didn't get and I have been sending emails for so many days to support but still there's no solution for this and extra charges for not paying the amount are also added, if people are using some app with trust that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. What is the use of sending emails, such a big company is not able to resolve even a small issue like this. It is very weird to see this. Really disappointed with the service.
              And there's no invoice number generated for this so I am including the ticket ID[protected] which was given after sending a mail.

              I have sent many emails to the same mail id but the issue was not resolved. These are the ticket ids (4267386, 4267359, 4242620) provided through an automated email but the issue was not resolved after that and no proper response at least once.
              Yes same happens to me also, OLA is constantly sending me sms, messages and emails and ask me to pay dues, I already paid money to the driver. Worst service by OLA. I removed OLA application from my mobile.

                  Ola postpaid disable

                  Ola has disable my postpaid account. I used ola postpaid amount where i was given emi request of RS.15000 which is successfully converted and i received the msg from ola team.

                  This is regarding my ride CRN[protected]
                  journey dated 08/02/2022
                  I have raised this complaint with OLA customer care but the call was disconnected

                  Since last month I am repeatedly trying to contact your customer care, but it's showing not a valid number

                  Regarding the ride at Mumbai please note the following points

                  I have selected cash payment for the ride
                  When the ride was completed, there was a problem with the system ..The bill was not showing in my mobile neither at Drivers mobile ..During the whole ride the route map was repeatedly going on and off..The driver himself told there is a problem in the system
                  After completion of the ride ..the driver insisted on paying the estimated fare ( which was shown during the booking)..So I paid the fare of 900+ something ...However after some days I got a post paid bill of 1000 + INR while I have already paid in cash to the driver
                  If I have selected cash why the same was converted to post paid and what about the money I gave to the driver ...???
                  Since last week I am getting repeated calls from OLA ..and when I try to connect your customer care the same is not reachable

                  There are multiple automated calls from OLA asking to clear the dues which is totally illegitimate and they are not prioviiding any solution through mail ..only statimg that the issue is resolved

                      Ola has come with big scam

                      There are not allowing clear my postpaid dues which is due on 3rd April.

                      There is no option available in the app to clear dues. By they will charge me late fees.

                      This is biggest scam. They are allowing to clear my dues and charge a bomb for not paying on time.

                      Please help

                          I took a cab ride on March 22 and I paid the cash to driver Rs 613 and however money from post paid also been deducted. I raised a ticket on same day. Till today the issue has not been resolved and daily I am getting automated calls on reminder for the due with penalty. Mailed and also tried to call the support centre however no proper solution.

                            As i was getting calls & What's app messages for Pending Amount of Rs. 1071/- but no from my side no any pending payment is there.

                            As on 15/11/2021 i had booked OLA car & amount was made of Rs.1931/- & as i had booked it from postpaid & my postpaid Balance was of Amount Rs.1000/- so it's deducted the amount & balance amount i paid cash to the driver of Amount Rs.931/-.

                            And, after that i had paid the postpaid bill of Rs.1075/- with late fees on 26/12/2021 at 09:10 PM.

                            So, after that i got the message & call for balance amount of Rs. 931/- from OLA 29/01/2022 to till date & as i had complaint them that i had no any due & also they had confirm me that there is technical issue in our system but after complaining they didn't resolve the issue & getting calls & messages on daily basis of around 10-15 times per day but no one is doing the solution & also they are adding interest/Late fees.

                            So, request you to sort out this solution.

                              On 25th March 2022 I had taken a Ola ride in Bangalore for an amount of 203 which was immediately paid using gpay to the driver.

                              But in the ola app, post paid amount of 203 is being shown as due with transaction gqm3-aqci-6tci inspite of paying through gpay.

                              Ola is cheating customers by enabling ola post paid with out the customer's notice.

                                I have paid money for all my rides but it is observed that the payments that were done in cash have not reflected on app and now it is showing 182 rs due. And until it is cleared the app is not letting me book the ride

                                  Recently ola is asking me to pay ola Postpaid Bill which I have no clue and never opted for it.
                                  My drives taken I have already paid to driver. No they are sending me mails to pay it else i will have penalty. I am not paying any money because I already paid to driver.
                                  This looks more like scamming people with app updates etc.

                                  The support has been pathetic no proper response from their agent . Seems they are trained that way to respond by asking stupid question like have you updated the app. If not uninstall and reinstall. Dont they know Google has features for automatic updates.
                                  Second one says to raise issue I have to go to app and select trip..as if I don't know
                                  Moreover there is no phone to speak to an agent and they no i have seems purposely switched off or disconnected.

They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

                                  And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

                                    I got message from ola to clear my postpaid dues. I was not even aware that postpaid is used. Because for all the 4 rides(which says it is paid by postpaid) i had paid by cash to driver. It is sad that more aged people like me would be facing the same issue..who might not be aware of postpaid option or not know how it is selected. THEY SHOULD FIX THIS BY EITHER TELLING IN THE CUSTOMER/ DRIVERS APP THAT DONT PAY CASH/AMOUNT TO BE POSTPAID BY CUSTOMER..some sort of notification to fix it.

                                    I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
                                    Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

                                    Yes same happens to me also, OLA is constantly sending me sms, messages and emails and ask me to pay dues, I already paid money to the driver. Worst service by OLA. I removed OLA application from my mobile.
