This is regarding ola money postpaid, I was charged for ordering a pizza from the ola app but the one which I ordered is different from the one I got, support people didn't respond on that day and I don't want to pay extra money for something which I didn't get and I have been sending emails for so many days to support but still there's no solution for this and extra charges for not paying the amount are also added, if people are using some app with trust that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. What is the use of sending emails, such a big company is not able to resolve even a small issue like this. It is very weird to see this. Really disappointed with the service.
And there's no invoice number generated for this so I am including the ticket ID[protected] which was given after sending a mail.
