Post paid Bill Payment

I have been sending emails continuously about my account being blocked. I had to clear my post paid bill which is due on April 1 however, my account is blocked. Please tell me where I can make payment. Am tired of contacting. There’s no proper response or resolution from customer service....

Not able to pay bill

Ola has come with big scam

There are not allowing clear my postpaid dues which is due on 3rd April.

There is no option available in the app to clear dues. By they will charge me late fees.

This is biggest scam. They are allowing to clear my dues and charge a bomb for not paying on time.

Please help...

Postpaid Charges

Hi,
I had being charged Rs.529 as postpaid bill payment. All the payment is one in Cash by me.

request you to please waive off this amount as nothing is due from my end....

Amount have been collected two times and no response from ola

I took a cab ride on March 22 and I paid the cash to driver Rs 613 and however money from post paid also been deducted. I raised a ticket on same day. Till today the issue has not been resolved and daily I am getting automated calls on reminder for the due with penalty. Mailed and also tried to call the support centre however no proper solution....

Regarding Harassment Call & What's app messages

As i was getting calls & What's app messages for Pending Amount of Rs. 1071/- but no from my side no any pending payment is there.

As on 15/11/2021 i had booked OLA car & amount was made of Rs.1931/- & as i had booked it from postpaid & my postpaid Balance was of Amount Rs.1000/- so it's deducted the amount & balance amount i paid cash to the driver of Amount Rs.931/-.

And, after that i had paid the postpaid...

Payment issue - Ola Post Paid

Address:Bangalore

On 25th March 2022 I had taken a Ola ride in Bangalore for an amount of 203 which was immediately paid using gpay to the driver.

But in the ola app, post paid amount of 203 is being shown as due with transaction gqm3-aqci-6tci inspite of paying through gpay.

Ola is cheating customers by enabling ola post paid with out the customer's notice.

PLEASE REVERT BACK THE AMOUNT REFLECTING IN OLA POST PAID...

Money paid in cash but the app shows payment due

I have paid money for all my rides but it is observed that the payments that were done in cash have not reflected on app and now it is showing 182 rs due. And until it is cleared the app is not letting me book the ride...

OLA postpaid Bill

Recently ola is asking me to pay ola Postpaid Bill which I have no clue and never opted for it.
My drives taken I have already paid to driver. No they are sending me mails to pay it else i will have penalty. I am not paying any money because I already paid to driver.
This looks more like scamming people with app updates etc.

The support has been pathetic no proper response from their agent . Seems they are trained...

Money paid by cash but asked to pay postpaid dues

I got message from ola to clear my postpaid dues. I was not even aware that postpaid is used. Because for all the 4 rides(which says it is paid by postpaid) i had paid by cash to driver. It is sad that more aged people like me would be facing the same issue..who might not be aware of postpaid option or not know how it is selected. THEY SHOULD FIX THIS BY EITHER TELLING IN THE CUSTOMER/ DRIVERS APP THAT DONT PAY CASH/AMOUNT TO BE POSTPAID...

Did not receive any amount in ola wallet or at merchant site.

I recently did a merchant payment using ola money through net banking.
In net banking it shows transection successful aster that at ola money it says transaction failed, and no money was transferred to the merchant site. Then i checked on my ola money app it shows 10000₹ added in ola wallet but there no money in my ola wallet. Where did my money go i need my money urgently....

I placed an order to buy an Amazon voucher through your ola money postpaid and I haven't received it yet. But the wohoo customer haven't been giving any help and no proper response and they're asking me to call ola customer care service. I just started ola money yesterday and I'm facing all this. What should I do? You guys are not even responding to my emails. Atleast give me a callback....

I tried to load Rs. 4000 on 18th March in my OLA MONEY wallet using Mobikwik AMEX card. Money deducted from source but transaction failed. It has already been 5 days yet Money is not refunded back.

Paid in cash but still ola app is showing as the payment is pending

I had selected gpay as the payment option but since the driver insisted, I paid him in cash. But it's showing pending payment in the ola app....

Ola Money Not able to clear postpaid dues as app is showing error

I am not able to clear my ola money dues and when i click on option "Ola Money", it keeps on loading.
This is happening from morning itself, and now it is 08:17 PM, so I cannot assume that some maintenance is happening.
Also, I have reinstalled the app, I have restarted my phone, but of no help.
Could you please let me know how can i pay the dues as today is the last day....

Charged multiple times for 1 ride

I took a ride on 25th Feb (CRN # [protected]) and I made a payment using Ola postpaid. Fare for this ride is Rs 142 and Rs 10 got deducted from my Ola money wallet and remaining Rs 132 was to be charged to Ola postpaid. But when i checked the statement, Rs 132 has been charged 8 times instead of once and i have been writing emails (Ticket # 4111895) and trying to call the customer care but not receiving any proper response.
