Ola Money — Ola Postpaid Due amount getting failed multiple times

Hello Support,

I have tried to pay the ola postpaid due amount before the due date like 2 weeks before through their app Ola money but it is getting failed through UPI . SO i tried with Debit card and netbanking as well still it is getting failed.

I was using S22 plus Samsung phone tried both Wifi (Broadband) and cellular data as well still the payment is getting failed and the due after fee was added to my bill.

I am both frustrated and confused on why this is happening. I do not recommend using any ola based service for some time if anyone is reading this until the issue is resolved.

I think either they are doing this intentionally for money or OLA, money app is crappy as hell.

Please look into my issue and take actions on this.

I was already reached out by one of your support guys. I have followed one of the process suggested by your support people which is adding money to the Ola money wallet and then clear the due with that amount.

But that is also giving me error and support people said they are still looking into it. and no update was received. It is already second day after the call and no one yet reached out to me for the solution.

Please check and take immediate actions.

This is very delayed response and support from you guys. I believe like 4 to 5 members from your support called me to confirm the postpaid payment and the issue was never resolved for over 3 weeks or more nearly a month. Sep 28th is the first date i raised the concern. Now i got a call from one of your support staff and the payment was completed after clearing it with the ola money wallet which i had to add the money to.

Please improve your support on the cases like this to have, to build, the trust on your app and transactions.
