I paid on 12th July with direct idfc bank loan number but it has been two months my bill was not adjusted in Ola Money

Ola Money customer has been saying since two months we are working but my concern not resolved

This is regarding the payment for ride on July 31st 2022. The payment (567 rupees) was made to the driver by cash as he demanded for cash. But I was charged in ola money postpaid also rs.500/-. I've placed a request to bring back my wallet balance into my source account. They told it will took 10 business days to reflect it to your account. They also told you can track the request. When I used to track the request, They're unable to respond to my calls. I want my wallet money into my bank account immediately....

Money has been disappeared from wallet and never resolving

5000 INR amount money has been disappeared from Ola money wallet even though I reach they keep on saying we will resolve but never resolving and customer service always replies please reach us through the registered email address even though I mailed the report via registered address.

They are not responding and holding the money with them ....

Regarding Ola Money Postpaid plus

Earlier i have credit limit of 5500 from ola money but since last 15 days i think they've revoked the limit and in application ola money section they've written that due to lenders policy they have revoked, if any dues are pending please clear it.
But u have already paid the dues and also last month I haven't use the ola money.

So my question is why credit limit is revoked and also if revoked then please let me enjoy...

Wrong Reporting to Credit Bureau regarding Late Payment and Overdue

Hi Team,

I used Ola Money for few payments in July 2022 and statement was generated for Rs 2, 431 with due date as August 3, 2022.

I cleared the amount on August 3, 2022 around 3:25 PM India time. But Aditya Birla Finance ltd the lender of Ola Money has reported that I am late by 20 days and my outstanding is Rs 2, 531 and I am still overdue by Rs 1, 025.

This is gross mis-representation and...

Money was deducted from my postpaid ola facility when I did not take any ride

I have contacted Ola through emails ! It has been more than15days my query was not resolved
I tried to tweet OLA guys. ! Messaged
on Facebook and Instagram but i have not got any reply from any platform!
OLA support email is the only place where i got replies however each time they were same and not helpful.

I USED to use OLA POSTPAID SERVICE where I can pay for a ride from the postpaid balance and...

Amount paid via gpay still showing as not paid

Hi,

I have paid all my ola ride bills via gpay and I have transaction proof for that. Stop calling me for the post paid bills. Ola money is a very service where there they don't even tract that their drivers are taking money from passenger via cash and gpay and ola money does not even have a way to understand on tract their account.
Get the post paid balance to zero for me. I will ensure I never use ola and suggest...

Paid the driver in cash but still requesting for payment

I had booked a cab early morning, and the driver requested for cash and wasn't able to change payment method, so I gave him cash and asked him to update but past week I am receiving messages as ola money isn't paid, and this is the third time i am facing the same issue, i request ola to stop doing this fraud....

Its a scam

They allowed me to add money to their wallet so i though my kYC is completed. But in reality their kyc functionality is not fully functional, because of which i could not use money from my wallet anywhere and my momey gof stuck in their wallet. It was a huge amount and I had a medical emergency, still they were not initiating my refund immediately. Ola Auto - Payment Issue

The driver dropped us at the drop point. However he did not updated or completed the ride on his mobile.

After 67 ~ kms the driver completed the ride. And i received the payment notification of Rs. 1700 (Bandra to Goregaon)

Since I was using ola postpaid, the money is now due on me, and the ola money support is asking me to pay.

I reported the same on the support however no response or help received...

Cash paid to driver yet money was charged to Postpaid as well

Sir, I have taken a ride from mathikere to bhommanahalli, on 6/Aug/2022 and before getting into auto driver insisted me not pay money through ola, and hence I paid the amount directly to his QR code at the end of the ride but was charged to postpaid as well. And there was no option in app to pay by cash but the driver asked me to pay to his account directly but the auto driver charged less than the ola money. the fair was around 340 but now...

Ola asking about double charge for previous rides

During my last two rides, I paid to Driver by cash, but it is still showing as pending payment in Ola app, which is causing trouble in using the app.

I am unable to pay my bill for the postpaid services as i am getting error while opening the payment segment for postpaid. Please do the needful and i don't wanna pay extra money for the application's fault....
