Hi Team,

I used Ola Money for a few payments in June 2022, and a statement was generated for Rs 6334.46 with a due date of July 3, 2022.

I cleared the amount on July 3, 2022. But Aditya Birla Finance ltd, the lender of Ola Money, has reported that I am late by 54 days, and my outstanding is Rs 557, and I am still overdue by Rs 557.

This is a gross misrepresentation and has brought my credit score down by more than 50 points. I would like this to be rectified as quickly as possible.

I have also emailed [protected]@olamoney.com regarding the same and am waiting for a response. This is time sensitive for me, request your help as quickly as possible.

    I am a regular OLA Postpaid user for many years now. There has never been a payment default

    On 09th Sept, Midnight, I logged in a Safety & Crisis complaint when the driver abandoned me & refused to go further because he refused to start the AC.
    The Call Centre executives were hopeless & were not able to help & they suggested I get down & look for another vehicle
    The Call centre was not even willing to arrange for an alternate vehicle
    I was charged 393/- for the trip of hardly 2 mins ride because the Driver cancelled it, I didn't cancel it.
    It is shocking that they have no proper system in place. Instead of charging the driver and not charging me anything & feeling sorry for abandoning me in the middle of the night, they charge me for Rs. 393/-

    I log a complaint on their App. On12th & 14th Sept they accepted that they will refund Rs. 393.
    It is almost 1.5 month & I have not received this money

    Meanwhile my Postpaid bill was generated & this amount again was not adjusted in it
    Multiple Tickets have been opened
    Shamelessly they keep closing comlaints / saying we have resolved the complaints

    I wrote more that 15 emails to [protected]@ola... & [protected]@olamoney... but the issue was not resolved

    On 14th Sept they shamelessly send an email to me to clear dues which were still not payable, if I had to adjust Rs. 393/-. I told them I will clear the dues on / before the due date i.e 3rd October

    Since my due date was 4th Oct for the postpaid, From 25th Sept onwards I am proactively writing to them that I need to clear my Postoaid dues & they should adjust this Rs. 393 & send the link. They havnt
    They have been sending me reminders to pay the postpaid dues which were inclusive of the refund amount which i absolutely incorrect. They should have instantly refunded this money as always
    They did not seend me the payment link of the correct amount

    I proactively paid the amount on 03rd Oct
    I paid Rs.1752 against Postpaid dues at olamoney1.[protected]@hdfcbank

    Attached is the bank statement since the amount Rs. 1752 was debited
    The 1st entry is the debit entry
    It is the amount transferred to you trough UPI @ olamoney1.[protected]@hdfcbank
    Also attached is the UPI proof
    Since then I have sent numerous emails but there is no confirmation

    The amount was debited from my account on 3rd, today is almost 3 weeks over. The amount is neither refunded nor adjusted.
    Theirintentions are mallified
    Also the agent has not resolved the Rs. 393/- issue
    A scan copy of my cheque, as a proof for my bank statement, was send to them on 06th
    0n 06th October they mentioned that they will NEFT the amount to me but I have not received anythign as yet

    Pls look into the issue & resolvve asap

      I availed ola auto service on aug 28th and paid the fare by cash once the trip completed. After few days I started getting messages from old saying my amount is due for payment. I raised a complaint in ola app saying I already paid the trip amount in cash and why I have to pay the amount again. Even after multiple follow up I am not getting any response from old team where as I am getting multiple reminders for making the payment.

        Today I received a message for my unpaid to ola Money postpaid, and I wish to clear up everything. I think that there is a slight misunderstanding, I'm using Ola for a long period and I believe that it will resolve quickly.
        It is evident from your records that on 20th August I booked a cab from you and never paid the fare amount. Well. I surely booked the cab and paid the driver in cash.
        At that moment I clicked on postpaid and the driver told me the postpaid option is not showing on the display. The driver demanded that the amount must be paid in cash. The interesting part is he also took the money from postpaid that was deducted automatically once the ride ended. I dropped multiple mails to support to address this but got no response.
        I hope that you will get it verified with the driver and make sure that things are all clear.

            Ola Postpaid Due amount getting failed multiple times

            Hello Support,

            I have tried to pay the ola postpaid due amount before the due date like 2 weeks before through their app Ola money but it is getting failed through UPI . SO i tried with Debit card and netbanking as well still it is getting failed.

            Ride CRN[protected]

            I enabled postpaid to avoid paying extra cash everytime as drivers don't accept online payments and also refuse to give the balance change. This backfired when I booked a ride for my parents. The fare amount came out to be 283 and I had informed my parents that they need not pay as it'll be taken care of automatically. The driver demanded that the amount must be paid in cash. They ended up paying 300 because the driver didn't have any "change" on him. The interesting part is he also took the money from postpaid that was deducted automatically once the ride ended. The driver cheated by not updating the payment method and got paid twice. I dropped multiple mails to support to address this but I got no response. I was getting a call every 30 minutes and messages saying my CIBIL score will be affected. It was nightmarish with all these calls that I was getting in the middle of important work meetings. Why should I bear the responsibility for this with such a faulty system that you've put in place. I've paid the deducted amount in Ola postpaid because I gave in to the pressure of 20-30 calls per day. I request Ola to look into this and refund the amount that I paid. I can share any details you may need. Please resolve this asap.

              Sir i made only one mistake i made direct payment to idfc bank by accidentally

              Idfc first bank already confirmed me received money

But I was charged in ola money postpaid also rs.500/-.                         Earlier i have credit limit of 5500 from ola money but since last 15 days i think they've revoked the limit and in application ola money section they've written that due to lenders policy they have revoked, if any dues are pending please clear it.
                        But u have already paid the dues and also last month I haven't use the ola money.

                        So my question is why credit limit is revoked and also if revoked then please let me enjoy the credit line of postpaid plus.

                          I cleared the amount on August 3, 2022 around 3:25 PM India time. But Aditya Birla Finance ltd the lender of Ola Money has reported that I am late by 20 days and my outstanding is Rs 2, 531 and I am still overdue by Rs 1, 025.

                          This is gross mis-representation and has brought my credit score down by more than 80 points. I would like this to be rectified as quickly as possible.

                            I have contacted Ola through emails ! It has been more than15days my query was not resolved
                            I tried to tweet OLA guys. ! Messaged
                            on Facebook and Instagram but i have not got any reply from any platform!
                            OLA support email is the only place where i got replies however each time they were same and not helpful.

                            I USED to use OLA POSTPAID SERVICE where I can pay for a ride from the postpaid balance and later clear the balance.
                            On 15th August I cleared mu dues for ola postpaid.
                            On 17th night when I was booking a cab on a urgent basis, i got a notification that there is a pending payment and it deducted 300INR from my postpaid balance.
                            When I reached home I tried to check why the amount was deducted from my account but got no details! I tried to check rides from my postpaid balance but no details were found !
                            All the rides were cash rides after i made the postpaid balance clear off !
                            I still don’t know why 300was deducted from my postpaid, ola has no answer for that as they have stopped replying and asking me the same thing without providing any resolution! Now they have also charged a late payment of 50 and blocked my OLA CAB SERVICE UNLESS I MAKE A PAYMENT OF 350
                            350 which i have not used ! Nit made
                            It is clearly a fraud and they have no answer to it
                            Why have they stopped replying ?

                            Also Ola raised 2, 3tickets when I emailed to them and it says it has been resolved i cannot see anybchanges

                              I have paid all my ola ride bills via gpay and I have transaction proof for that. Stop calling me for the post paid bills. Ola money is a very service where there they don't even tract that their drivers are taking money from passenger via cash and gpay and ola money does not even have a way to understand on tract their account.
                              Get the post paid balance to zero for me. I will ensure I never use ola and suggest the same to my family and friends

                                Paid the driver in cash but still requesting for payment

                                I had booked a cab early morning, and the driver requested for cash and wasn't able to change payment method, so I gave him cash and asked him to update but past week I am receiving messages as ola money isn't paid, and this is the third time i am facing the same issue, i request ola to stop doing this fraud....

                                They allowed me to add money to their wallet so i though my kYC is completed. But in reality their kyc functionality is not fully functional, because of which i could not use money from my wallet anywhere and my momey gof stuck in their wallet. It was a huge amount and I had a medical emergency, still they were not initiating my refund immediately. They said it will take 2 busniess days for just initiating refund and 10 busniess days for
                                Bank transfer.
                                How will i cater my medical emergency for 12 busniess day??

                                  I have used Ola Money Postpaid and converted it as EMI and I have paid EMI through PayTm directly to IDFC LOAN ACCOUNT because ola money postpaid site is showing "total used amount as dues to payment. I have send mails from last 3 months BUT not updated in ola app till date and NOT wave off all charges showing in OLA app.
                                  My CIBIL is coming down because of this issue so please update it immediately.
