Ola postpaid is providing postpaid money to their customers in partnership with aditya birla finance limited (Adfl). The loan amount is upto rs. 50000.00 provided by adfl but the postpaid limit provided by ola to its customers are far less. Ola has taken loan of rs. 50000.00 from adfl on my behalf but the postpaid limit that i have received was just rs. 500. I don't even know where the rest of amount being used. I even wrote mail to ola asking for justification about the usage of loan money but i didn't not received any proper response. What happened to the rest(Rs. 49, 500.00) of the sanctioned amount. Did Ola used the remaining sanctioned amount for its own profit? I want the proof, justifying the usage of my sanctioned amount.
