Not able to clear postpaid dues as app is showing error

Hello,

I used Ola postpaid without my knowledge and the due is 142rs and I am not able to make the payment.It is showing error and attached picture for your reference.I tried logging out, uninstalling and installing but still I am not able to make payment.

Please help and I will never use Ola again after this.

I am really fed up with this and let me know the fine if dues are not cleared on-time...

My Ola account was hacked more than a year ago, Ola postpaid was used up to the limit of 3k. I reported the incident immediately and the account was blocked and I was asked to create a new account. Now after a year, Ola money team says there's 3k due and that they are sending a legal notice. Apart from that they also made multiple threatening phone calls and messages.

I followed up on the old emails and conversations where this issue was resolved, also sent new support mail regarding this but all of it was ignored and I keep getting threatened.

Despite explaining to each person who calls, they just ignore, cut the call or respond rudely.

Is the attempt here to threaten people with legal action and force them to pay for hacked/fraud actions done on their accounts by some other party?

Also there was no official mail from Ola about this, it's always some number calling or messaging in whatsapp.. quite unprofessional and suspicious as well.

    Ola fare paid twice for a trip

    For the ride CRN [protected] on 22nd Dec. i have paid Rs 182/- to the driver and also the money 220/- is deducted from ola money postpaid... At the end of ride my phone got switched off and I was not aware of that the money paid through ola postpaid. And the driver didn't say about the payment.. And i have paid fair twice for this trip. Please refund the amount which got paid to driver 182 rupees.

      I need Ola money to be refunded. Your guys ask for KYC to be done while doing a ride. I don't to go anywhere, why should I take a ride only to do KYC? Why not that be done at home or your office?

        I have an outstanding amount of OlaMoney postpaid unnecessarily. My last ride through Ola cab was on November 6th, 2020. I was not aware that Ola postpaid is activated in my account. As soon as the ride was over, I paid the driver through Google Pay. I have proofs of the payment which I have mailed the Ola support team multiple times.

        They respond to my mails on updating the ticket but they don't update it at all. It's been so many weeks and I get mails, sms and calls notifications everyday a million times to clear my dues.
        When I tell the customer care, they ask me to mail the support team and slam the calls as if I am pleading them to lend me money.
        If this ticket does not get updated, I will file a complaint on this for fraud.

          I raised a support request a few days back to close my Ola Money account. Their support team instead of helping me close the account and returning my money are forcing me to spend the balance amount before closure.

          But according to their website, they are supposed to transfer the amount back to my bank account and not force me to spend it.

          What happens to my wallet balance when I close my OlaMoney wallet?
          Any outstanding balance in your OlaMoney wallet will be transferred back to your source account or to any other permissible account as per RBI guidelines.

            Took an outstation ride for which money got debited twice but didn't get any resolution even after complaining multiple times .And now they are charging late fees for the unpaid amount.

                I took the ride from new delhi railway station to aya nagar, arjan garh. While riding about 2 to 3 km. The driver told me that he will not be able to drop me at my destination. I told him ok drop me here i will take another one, he stopped the ride and gave me 1 star then i asked him why he gave me 1 star and he told me it's a procedure. Now please tell me, is it right to get a bill of 318 for just 2 or 3 km. I wrote to ola several times but no response even i'm not able to see my query in the support segment. So many callers called me and assure me of resolution but no luck. Also, they are harassing me to clear the due which i'm not paying because they are asking for the money which i never utilized.

                  ola postpaid loan money

                  Ola postpaid is providing postpaid money to their customers in partnership with aditya birla finance limited (Adfl). The loan amount is upto rs. 50000.00 provided by adfl but the postpaid limit provided by ola to its customers are far less. Ola has taken loan of rs. 50000.00 from adfl on my behalf but the postpaid limit that i have received was just rs. 500. I don't even know where the rest of amount being used. I even wrote mail to ola asking...

                  Company has been calling me up multiple times to retrieve an amount that was wrongly reflecting at my account whereas it was made by some other number. Inspite of multiple follow ups and complaints being registered this issue never got resolved and now ola is calling me everyday for this and harrassing me.

                        Sir,
                        This was fraudlent transaction from my mother's debit card (master card) ending ××2683.This was happened on 24th july 2020 at 6:57 pm. It's ticket id is 2739328. Sir i thing it was part of fraud. It was from mumbain. When iam checking bank balance 10, 000 was lose then we took a bank statement and it was showing the money debited to Zes*olamoney. Sir please refund the money as possible to the original account or please call me.please refund it. it's transaction id was 164818 please refund it😥

                          Today at around 5-5:30 pm towards a fraud pur/ola/ mumbai and my father's debit card used is 4691xxxxxxxx6481

                          Account holders name : ashok singh

                          2. Inr 9999 from axis bank savings account
                          Today at around 5-5:30 pm towards a fraud pur/ola/ mumbai and the card used is xx6481

                          Please verify these transactions. Please cancel the above transactions and refund the money to original account. Waiting for early reply.

                            I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.

                            I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.
                            I took OLA Ride on 11th August at 4:11 PM from Air India Road to Sanpada.
                            I paid money through my debit card on OLA App. My money got deducted from my account of Rs.227 but the status showed 'Payment Pending' in OLA App.
                            I went through its FAQs and support, it said, sometimes the status shows 'Payment Pending', but the status gets updated after sometime.

                            I have paid my ola postpaid dues on aug-03-2020 s0 as to avoid overdue issues.
                            The payment through google pay is successful but in ola wallet it is not reflecting. Now if the resolution gets delayed then extra penalty would be added by ola. Please resolve it now. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction for reference.

                              I regularly receive text messeges & phone calls(computerized one sided calls for which no reply can be made) that my car rental pay is due for over 90 days & penal interest is added& now they are sending messege as legal notice.They never give details of journey.I have not made any journey for which I have not paid.Ola officials are regularly harassing me by continuous auto calls but never talks to me. Now I shall have to lodge complaint at consumer rederressal forums to stop the harassment issue.
