ola postpaid loan money

Ola postpaid is providing postpaid money to their customers in partnership with aditya birla finance limited (Adfl). The loan amount is upto rs. 50000.00 provided by adfl but the postpaid limit provided by ola to its customers are far less. Ola has taken loan of rs. 50000.00 from adfl on my behalf but the postpaid limit that i have received was just rs. 500. I don't even know where the rest of amount being used. I even wrote mail to ola asking...

harassment by ola for a transaction not made by me

Company has been calling me up multiple times to retrieve an amount that was wrongly reflecting at my account whereas it was made by some other number. Inspite of multiple follow ups and complaints being registered this issue never got resolved and now ola is calling me everyday for this and harrassing me....

bank account hacked and transferred thru ola

My name is mohit kumar sharma and yesterday evening (Dt.[protected] my central bank accounts was hacked and part of money rs. 4700+9700+9800 = 24200/. Have been transferred thru ola. This was fraudulent transaction from my debit card (Ru pay card) ending - xx2039, than i am going to police to complain and forward a copy of the complaint soon.

I request to you please help my recover the money.

This was fraudlent transaction from my mother's debit card (master card) ending ××2683.This was happened on 24th july 2020 at 6:57 pm. It's ticket id is 2739328. Sir i thing it was part of fraud. I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.

I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.
I took OLA Ride on 11th August at 4:11 PM from Air India Road to Sanpada.
I paid money through my debit card on OLA App. My money got deducted from my account of Rs.227 but the status showed 'Payment Pending' in OLA App.
I went through its FAQs and support, it said, sometimes the status shows 'Payment Pending', but the status gets updated after sometime.
Next Day(12th August)...

Payment due issue

I have paid my ola postpaid dues on aug-03-2020 s0 as to avoid overdue issues.
The payment through google pay is successful but in ola wallet it is not reflecting. Now if the resolution gets delayed then extra penalty would be added by ola. Please resolve it now. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction for reference....

Olamoney car rental due, false claim by ola

I regularly receive text messeges & phone calls(computerized one sided calls for which no reply can be made) that my car rental pay is due for over 90 days & penal interest is added& now they are sending messege as legal notice.They never give details of journey.I have not made any journey for which I have not paid.Ola officials are regularly harassing me by continuous auto calls but never talks to me. Now I shall have to lodge complaint...

Hi i am aakash tade. I took ride today from worli to santacruz and i slected to pay by debit card the amount got deducted from my debit card and also driver asked me cash as he didnt recievd anythng from ola he said.
So i basically paid twice i want refund in my bank my phone number is [protected] and my email is Aakash.[protected]@gmail.com and amount is 290rs

Kindly do the needfull and dont trouble the customer like this...

inr 401 deducted from my account but not credit in ola account

Hello, i was initiating the payment to clear the dues on my ola account, the amount of inr 401 was deducted from my savings account, whereas the same is not credit in the ola account, and it's still showing pending to clear the dues....

unauthorised fraudulent money transfer

There was a bank fraud that happened to my dad, the money was debited by ola mumbaiin. This was a part of bank fraud. Please look into this matter as soon as possible, i am attaching a photo of the bank statement, it has the reference id, please go through it. Thank you....

I have made the upi payment on ola, however there was some error and my payment was not completed, but my money got debited from the account. The same thing happened twice. Later i had to pay through cash. So i have paid rs. 66, 3 times for a single trip.

Fraud transaction from ola money

A fraud happened today, a man called he said that he is from sagar ratna, and i ordered food but he took my bank details, he sent two links and the amount for food was 200 but he transacted 9999 from my bank account and debit card. Please refund my money please that was my hard earned money. I'm attatching my passbook picture. He added that amount of 9999 (Fraud) to ola money...

paying cash twice and not resolving this issue from many days

I have used ola auto on june 13 2020 at 10:57am, i paid amount using my linked debit card and the amount rs.293 got debited from my account. Later the driver took cash as it was showing the total fare was to be paid by cash therefore i paid cash rs.293.
I sent this message on 13th june still i haven't got any response from ola customer care....

I took total 2 rides
But the ola money is asking for rs 331 for a ride which i never took.
I complained to ola support 3-4 times on customer care
Even written a mail to them regarding their driver fraud
That driver was too smart he started the ride without taking me even and asked for otp from me
He started the ride without the passenger in there and...

Ola is mentally harassing me from last 20 days... I made payment three times... I get my refund of payment two times back... Third time ur customer executive call me nd send the link through text m paid the amount through that link... ola money postpaid fraud and threatening with repeated calls

Hi ola cabs,

On last three auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 154/-.

postpaid wrong deduction

Postpaid auto deducted while i paid in cash to driver amd also raised complaint as soon as i received message that money is deducted from postpaid. Now for 123rs. Ola calls me daily like 20times since a month. So total about 500calls. And that too of there fault no real person to solve issue. Even emailed to [protected]@ola woth details but no response...
